There is much to like about this remote. It was easy to set up, has a rubberized grip, and does what it should. If I had to complain about something, I wish the buttons were bigger like the other remotes and raised a bit more...and back lighting would be a nice touch. I'd like to be able to use this by feel a little more rather than having to look at it. Along those lines, it really isn't as comfortable in my hand as other remotes because of the way it naturally wants to sit. Makes it hard to easily reach some of the buttons without shifting my grip. But it does work well and the range is good.

This remote work as it is supposed to and is very simple to set up. The only problem is that there is no backlight. I used it in the media room and when the lights are down, you cannot see the buttons.

I purchased this remote a little over a month ago and I love it. The set up was relativity easy with a half hour to an hour setup, my only tip would be for gaming devices (like PS3; Xbox etc.) I had to look at the actual model number on the bottom of my PS3 to get it to work properly. Without doing this, the remote did not communicate at all with it. The remote works really well with a a whole host of devices. I have a dumb cable box (small one without a screen to tell time) and it works perfectly with it. Also the different modes that you can program are easy as well. the customization process was pretty easy too. The only thing I wish was that there was a sleep timer button on the remote itself so say if you can program it from your phone, it will go to sleep in like 180 minutes or something like that. Besides that, the look of the remote is nice and fits very nicely in my hands.

We have a Spectrum cable box and a LG TV. If you don't turn them on in the proper sequence then press "Guide" the cable box and TV will not talk to each other, then you have to reset the input. With the new remote this does not happen anymore. And a working TV is a Happy Home! Had no problems setting this up.

I am not a fan of touch screen remotes or button remotes with countless buttons. Either I have too many screens to navigate or the remote is unwieldy. The Harmony Home Control is solidly build and feels great in the hand. Just the right size to hold with perfect button placement. The ergonomics and weight of the remote is possible because the "heavy lifting" is done with Hub. This allows the remote to communicate with the Hub only instead of having to communicate with each device separately.

Very convenient. Really like how I can control everything from my phone or iPad. It seems to lose it's brain every once in awhile and I have to reconnect to the hub but it's no big deal.

Really sleek design. Feels good in my hand. Buttons are a little small even for my small hands. Somewhat awkward with long fingernails. We just found out it is compatible with Google Home. Yay!

I've had many remotes in the past, including other Harmony remotes, and this one is by far the best. Simple enough controls that everyone in the house can use it and it manages all my devices. I even installed one in a friend's house and they also love it. Highly recommended.

Brings my devices in my living room together. Also, allows me to use voice commands with my Google home.

Remote has been holding up well for a month. Functions perfectly everyday. Set up was long but after that I have not had to make any adjustments. I only wish the remote would light up but I do understand that would take way from the battery life. Second Harmony remote and would buy another when this one stops.

I had a previous Harmony system which made me get another. The new one was even easier to set up than the previous one.

This remote, along with its app, are wonderful and work with all of our devices (Sony TV, Bose SoundTouch, and TiVo)

Have my living room TV and all smart light bulbs tied into this and it works great, even with Alexa.

Good remote. I like how sleek and modern it is. The app walks you through initial setup amd it is easy. I find myself clicking around to add or change devices through the app though. All in all this is very nice remote.

I have a few logitech remotes and I really like them. However, I prefer the touch screen versions better. This was harder to program and not as customizable. This remote is ok if you just need basic features or something that can work behind walls and closed cabinets and don't want to spend a lot of money.

I love it and I placed this in the Living room. I also bought one for the bedroom. It was really easy to set up.

This is a great remote that allows you to put everything into one so you're not using 2 or 3 remotes all the time.
