There are so many good things I can say about this remote. I am able to program all my activities and sync them over via my Harmony. It makes things easy and simple with the new application on your phone. And adding devices and setting different macros is easy and simple

Easy to use and durable remote. The batteries seem to last forever and easy to pair with TV. I highly recommend

The remote works great, when it's working. Unfortunately if the battery comes out for any reason it doesn't always want to connect or stay connected afterward. Before the battery came out it was perfect. Now I kind of want to return it. It's unfortunate that I didn't by the protection plan.

This is by far the best universal remote I have ever used. It replaced 5 other remotes that I had to use before with my home theatre setup. The included hub also integrates with Amazon Alexa very well, so I can use voice command to turn my TV on or change inputs. The setup was a little complicated, but once that is done that's it. It just works. Also, the battery lasts about 1 year which is awesome.

the hub and control are fairly easy to use tho i wish that the control had more application buttons (it has 3). all in all quite satisfied with it.

Although very versatile for the lower end model, I've had to reconfigure the remote several times. The stand alone app works better on its own, but again, I sometimes end up reaching for my pile of native remotes to get my entertainment system configured correctly. Most of the time this remote works great, especially in the beginning, but I find the app much handier. Not even sure if the higher end model with the screen display would work any better.

This is a great product - easy to set up - intuitive - on occasion you may find it disconnects from your network (as other devices do) and you'll need to re-connect it (i.e. un-plug the hub / re-plug the hub) Interfaces with Alexa and lots of other smart devices Good Choice

So far, I'm loving the remote and hub! I have a 4k TV, an Xbox One S, a PS4 and PS3, along with my AV Receiver and everything works flawlessly. The setup was far easier than my previous Harmony Remotes, as well! The only drawback to this remote is the lack of a status or function screen, along with no backlighting of any of the buttons. Other than that, it has been easy to use, configure and works everything I need it to work. I'm even thrilled with the prospect of using some of the home automation enhancements that are part of the system.

Love the remote and the ability to control Hue lights from the remote. Occassionly need to update to keep everything working, but a good remote.

works awesome through doors and from another room, easily programmable, sleek and easy to use. Eliminates the need for multiple remotes and allows your stuff to be inside a cabinet with the doors closed. only needs the buttons to be lit up

I have been suffering with the standard remote offered by my Cable provider. In addition, it has been cumbersome to juggle multiple remotes for related devices. This system and specific model are a dramatic improvement and simplification!

I already have one of these for another room, but needed a second for a new set-up in a different room. The upgrades available through this unit make the installation easy to use, and it connected to the wifi without issue. We have a receiver for music, tv/cable, and a dvd player all hooked up through this and all come through without any trouble. A bit expensive, but it does simplify life and eliminates the need for 4 remotes....

Is it the best remote out there, of course not. Is it the best at doing many things well, and not breaking the bank, YES. I upgraded from the other model which does not have the smart light controls on it, and this model is significantly better quality. The other one felt cheap in the hand, and after feeling the new one, the buttons on the old one were not good. My only complaint, and maybe it's just mine, but the ALL OFF button has ZERO click to it, just mush. Every other button has a very nice click to it, except the ALL OFF button. Strange. Other thing is that you cannot just buy a replacement remote if you break/damage/lose the physical remote; technically you can add a different one, just good luck finding one as Logitech does not sell them (E-b-a-y has some though). The app is nice as well, and it integrates with Samsung SmartThings which is awesome. Been a Harmony owner for many years and they keep providing great affordable remotes.

Works as expected. Has loads of compatible devices and initial setup is easy enough. Only thing holding this back from a 5 star is that it is a little bit clunky to set up more advanced sequences. I figured it out and got the remote performing all the functions I needed but it took more time and frustration than it should have.

A replacement for an earlier model w/o smart control. Wish it had a soft backlight; we usually use in the dark; took a bit to retrain myself on the button location. Great to be able to add the lights to the entertainment system.

This is a fantastic device. Setup is very simple using the app. The app walks you through every step of setting up and configuring your devices. It couldn't be easier. After fussing with other (inferior) remote solutions that never seemed to work right and ended in frustration this one quickly converged five different remotes into one that works perfectly. The Hub works very well inside AV cabinets and the external mini IR blaster will handle your TV. Accessible remotely through the cloud using the App.

I love the harmony home control. It was super simple to setup yet it is very configurable. I will note that all my devices were easily found on my Harmony which made the setup that much easier. Can't wait to add more devices to it.

i love this remote. i have an amazon dot that it works really well with too. it works so smooth. even turns off my PS4. i also like to skip 30 seconds on my dvr so i was able to program the fast forward button to do that and change the regular fast forward to happen if i hold it down a second. the app that comes with your phone made it super easy to program it with and is handy if for some reason, a device misses a command, you can go into the app to make the correction. that's rare though.

I finally bought an all in one remote to declutter my coffee table. I did my research on the internet and bought the Logitech Harmony Home Control. I couldn't be happier with my choice. I finally only have one remote on my coffee table. It operates everything in my entertainment center. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not do 30 second skips like my Dish Remote does.

This is the best remote I have had It works perfect with my iPhone 6 I have put all the other remotes I have away I recommend this product to everyone It is wonderful
