I've been using Harmony Remotes for many years and this one does not disappoint. Setup was a snap, it didn't even require me to connect it to a computer. The remote connects to the base station, which is wireless enabled, and pulls down any previous configurations you had. It's easy to tweak many things right on the remote. I love that it can control my PS3 without an adapter, along with my Wii U. There isn't much it can't do. I'm not using the home automations features yet but someday I hope to. A pricey remote but you get what you pay for.

Overall a great remote. I really like how you can put the app on your phone. My only complaints are price and that I wish the changes I make to the remote on my phone would transfer over to the actual remote itself. I had the older version of this remote which used radio waves to control equipment in other rooms, however upgraded to this remote using Wi-Fi and it works much better than the prior.

I've owned multiple Logitech, Pronto and URC remotes and have been using the 890 for the last few years. This remote blows them all away. The Elite is easy to set up and I have yet had to use the help function to make an adjustment due to issues with the Elite. I'm using the blaster behind a cabinet and have long run cables going to my TV and Xbox One. The only gotcha is the jacks on the back of the hub. These are 2.5mm jacks, so if you are not using the newer Harmony Mini blasters you may need a 3.5mm female to 2.5mm male adapter.

This universal remote was recommended to us by Best Buy in order to take care of the problem where certain of the equipment working with the TV is out of the direct line of a remote or is within a cabinet or behind a wall. This remote works even with equipment that is not visible to the line of the remote. I highly recommend this remote for anyone who has the issues mentioned above.

This is my second Harmony remote with hub. I needed to be able to control my system remotely since the equipment is in a cabinet. Having an IR system installed wouldn't be as clean and would have been more expensive. Once I finally got the remote to turn on the TV from the remote since there was no way to have the hub control the TV every thing works great.

I bought the Harmony to make my life simple and get rid of all the control handhelds. Glad I did! And my favorite feature is the HELP button. When something goes wrong (like I ask everything to shut down and the receiver is still on, I just click the HELP button and the Harmony goes through a series of questions (Is the TV off? y or n...I say Y... then it asks "Is the receiver off? y or n.. I say N...then Harmony makes a move.. and then asks, "Now is the receiver off?"y or n... I say Y... Problem solved). Love it!

Works well with bringing on multiple components when watching TV, watching a DVD, listening to the radio or CD player.

this replaced my 10 year old Harmony One that finally died after being dropped one time too many. I also have an Amazon echo and love that I can also command by asking Alexa. Easy to program off you've already had a Logitech harmony remote. I subtracted 1 star because the remote won't work if your WiFi goes down. The system is totally dependant on Wifi.

I purchased this remote because my Harmony One died. I preferred the Harmony One to the Elite. The Elite has some excellent features like wireless syncing, but I miss my Harmony One. Unless you are very tech savvy, and willing to spend hours setting the remote up, I would NOT recommend the Elite.

Replaced my old Harmony 880 with this. It works great controlling all my home theater devices, and I plan to eventually use it to control a bunch of smart home / home automation stuff as well. Great to have the flexibility to control everything around the house. Only downside is it doesn't seem to be able to replicate the pointer function for my LG magic remote on my TV.

I was very hesitant about spending this kind of money on a remote. I was looking for a remote that could control all my A/V equipment that is locate in central location in my upstairs closet. This remote was very easy to set up and control. My wife is not very technical and she has fell in love with this remote! I control about 8 items in my equipment rack and the 2 IR blaster work flawlessly. I just linked my Remote and Google mini and this was very easy also.

This is my 5th Harmony controller. I keep upgrading over the years. I had the Ultimate which was pretty bad. Logitech's software fell below their standards as well. This one has made up for the Ultimate. The buttons are where they should be for one-handed operation. The speed is fast. It's just a lot smoother. Their software (MyHarmony) is still hard to use and slow, but it gets you there. Once you have it set up you don't have to mess with it. I don't like the iPhone app particularly.

Been a harmony user since their very first remote. Most recently this is replacing a Harmony one. This remote is the best I have used yet from Harmony. The remote fits great in the hand and controls all my devices from Bluetooth to wifi. I also enjoy the app on my iPhone. Despite bad reviews on the App Store I must say I really like it. The price is very high on the unit but well worth it.

If you take the time to set up the activities this remote will make your life so much easier. I have all of my components in my living room hidden and control them using the hub and bedroom components are visable so I can control every piece of electronic equipment in my entire home with one remote and one hub. Next I will buy the hub extender and control my actual home all with one remote.

Long term Harmony user here and I love it. While it is pricey, look and wait for the old harmony trade in deals. They make it worth it. Home automation control is awesome though as in the case of my Hue lights is limited. Changing and swapping items couldn't be simpler as long as you have a smartphone. You can use your computer too but you have to use the USB port to make the changes (like the early harmony remotes) which sucks royally. With a smartphone everything stays connected.

The Geek squad came as a package deal as they were needed to program all of the devices(5) that the remote controls. The reason I gave it a four star rating is it seems like it shuts itself off too quickly. If I accidentally sit it front side down ,with the rear side up, its off.. In a dark room it happens more than you think.

Great remote for controlling the whole system in an enclosed cabinet. The IR blasters help ensure everything turns on as it should and allows me to set up the system to always work. The one con is no physical number buttons on the remote. Not a big issue at all, but that would be my preference. Overall great remote and would definitely buy again.

I have owned many harmony remotes and this one is the easiest to program most functions, but what you gain in ease of programming, you lose many of the features that made harmony remotes great. I still cannot find a way to rename individual commands on the remote. Some of the edits must be made in the app, some must be made in the remote itself which can be confusing. The range is excellent, but the button layout is not as intuitive as previous models and it is far too easy to hit the touch sensitive "device" and "activity" buttons while trying to fast forward or rewind. These buttons should have been physical buttons or placed at the top of the screen. It will perform all the functions of almost any remote, but not as well as previous Harmony One or 900

I think its a great remote for your multiple devices, but the only problem is the setup to make it possible. To connect all your devices isn't magic, you have to set everything manually yourself, some devices are easier than others, but still a pain. The price is high, and the setup of everything is a bit time-consuming.

This remote works great. Setup was a little difficult. Upon trying to sync with my phone(Yes, you program the hub and remote from your phone first) it would not communicate with the hub. I power cycled the hub to get everything talking. Love that you can customize any button to perform any action. It is a bit pricey, but love the functionality.
