Great application
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great application, I use it daily instead of my remote. I only wish that the application would work on my apple watch, like it does on my iPhone.

Tedious to setup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was quite a hassle to ge this setup through the online interface. The app the instructions tell you to use is garbage, Do yourself a favor and use the PC version to setup. After it is setup the harmony hub itself works like a champ.

Pretty good tool for automation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the Harmony hub for about 3 weeks now and I like how easy it is to set and forget. I use my Amazon Alexa to control all of my activities on the hub and with exception of a few glitches here and there, it's been working flawless.

Entertainment automation with some limitations
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being able turn on the TV, changing channels, adjusting volumes and switching from Cable, to Roku to the PS4, all by voice with the help of Alexa is kind of cool. The initial setup is a bit cumbersome. Make sure you have all the model numbers of the devices before hand. You will also need to install the Harmony skill to integrate Alexa with the hub. The only real negative is there is a limit of 2 hubs that can be controlled by Alexa. A second hub would require the second hub skill to be installed. Hopefully the limitation can be unlocked in a future firmware update. Otherwise, the Harmony Hub is an excellent automation solution.

Great Integration With Echo
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has been an excellent integration with my Amazon Echo. Giving voice commands to turn on the television and change channels is an awesome function between these 2 hubs. There was a little bit of a learning curve to get where I needed to be but after a little bit of fine tuning this has been a awesome addition to my smart home functionality.

Sleek and small...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This little hub controls several items of my home theater plus my Phillips hue. Very easy to install. Great thing is even if you didn't want it to be seen you can hide it in a cabinet and just have the mini blaster out showing.

Bought this for Alexa interactivity
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It works very well with Alexa, and as far as the device is concerned it's fantastic. I can say my command into the air and it'll turn on the TV and receiver and set everything to the right inputs. We use an Nvidia Shield with our TV and literally never have to mess with the TV remote anymore. I will say however that the app, and really just the app's interface are not intuitive. If you have smart appliances, it'll set itself up and work pretty well but when you want to create custom setups and commands to work with Alexa the whole thing just seems a little too convoluted for no apparent reason. Outside of that one complaint, this has been a great purchase. My wife is not tech savvy at all and, well now she doesn't have to do anything except talk to the air to turn the TV on and off.

Geek Squad to the rescue!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Still new to setting up my Logitech Harmony Elite and though it can be pretty complex the results are worth it. I guess I should say I had the Geek Squad out to do the initial setup and show me the basics of using the app and a few tricks also. I had purchased the total home support product after buying an 65" TV and AVR reciever. It was a lot cheaper to have them wall mount the TV and setup the AVR with the total home support. You only pay a trip charge of $49.99 for each item they setup or wotk on in your home, so that was worth it to me. This is an add on hub for my basement home theatre system.

A must have!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been a Harmony fan for 10 years and will never go back! Any Harmony device you get you're getting your money's worth. As far as the Hub is concerned, this is great! I used to think it wasn't worth it since I already have a remote, but it is worth it! If you have any Google Assistant device or Amazon Alexa device, please get this Hub! You won't regret it! If you don't have either, get a Google Mini, a great start (or Echo Dot, I guess). With a Google Mini and Harmony Hub, you can voice control your entertainment system: power on/off, volume up/down/mute, play, pause, rewind, fast forward, open your apps on your Firestick/Roku/Chromecast/etc. (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), and other things. I have my Hub in my living and I'm tempted to get a Google Mini and Hub for my bedroom.

Awesome functionality, slightly laggy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great if you want to hide home Theater devices in cabinets or just want to control your setup(s) with your phone(s) or tablet(s). I have four of these throughout the house and I use my old phone as a remote for example while my phone is charging, and I have a tablet in one room mounted to a static position for theater control so simple my parents could do it with little to no instruction. I have been using Logitech Harmony products since 2003. This is one of their simplest and most functional products to date. The only flaw being their updates. Some of their updates cause the device to be laggy or break it outwright. If you get a universal remote and it works perfectly - NEVER EVER UPDATE IT!!

Very powerfull remote contol
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is by far a great addition to an entertainment system. Set up was easy since already had an older Harmony Remote just had to copy over the devices and activities and it was done. Works great on phone and tablet. Also added the skill for Alexa. Works great. Just say Alexa turn on TV she turns on all the devices needed to watch TV.

Great addition for the Harmony Ultimate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Granted this is for an obsolete remote but makes it much easier to use the remote and hooks up to other options (AMAZON Fire) where the remote couldn't before. The Alexa skill is a nice addition as well. That being said, you would be better off getting the Harmony Elite where you wouldn't need the Hub.
