The Harmony Hub works Great after you spend two weeks setting it up. Yes, I said two weeks. There was alot of trial and error. I had to reset the hub a few times because the interface is put together poorly. It's workable but the developers over at Logitech should invest more time into making the setup process easier. But once you actually get everything dialed in, it works great. I have it integrated with my Google Home, my Logitech remote, a couple of smart home devices and my Cell phone. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to consolidate their entertainment system into a central hub. But you're going to need some patience to set it up to your liking.

This is a great product but isn't without its faults. I have it connected to my Philips hue system but I have not yet been able to gain access to all the hue bulbs. It sees most of them but a few are not recognized and others have their names mixed. I have repaired and resynced multiple time with the same results. Otherwise it has done a great job.

Love it, was so glad I got this! Works great with my Google home and some of the things GS I have in my house.

Snagged this hub to control my electronics with Alexa, was pretty straight forward on connecting and setting up different commands, i had problems on certain commands and used Yonomi to interface between Alexa and Harmony Hub. The only downside is that I can't use my Harmony remote that I have already with the hub, i understand why, I just wish it would work, i spent $350 on my remote a couple years back and now recently decided to make my home start, for now I rarely use my remote since the voice commands work so darn well, so it really isn't that big of deal to my anymore. Harmony did very well on this and they are still making changes for the better, so it just keeps getting smarter and easier to ad tasks.

One remote for it all and I mean it all. You don’t have to worry about pointing it to the tv or receiver.

Great features, IR blaster is solid and extender will hit problem equiptment square on. Allows you to set up specific skills to switch av centers and tv's. Nice hub. Also controls thermostats (ecobee)

So while this is a really great tool that allows me to pair multiple smart devices (Hue bulbs, Nest, etc) together, it is complicated. I need to caveat this in saying that I do not yet have a Logitech remote but instead bought the hub to allow me primarily to use my phone as the remote control. For this function, the hub functions fine. However, I had to manually program what certain buttons like my sources (inputs) were actually for. If I were a non-tech savvy person, then this would have been near impossible to figure out in my estimation. With that being said, once you get this setup, it does work as advertised. I can setup routines of sorts to where when I 'Play Movie', it dims the lights, turns the soundbar to a specific sound setting, and does what it is programmed to do. It takes a little bit of time to get this setup, but once it is setup--it normally works. Sometimes if the soundbar is already on when I initiate my Play Movie routine, it can throw it off. With all that being said, I would recommend this if you are tech-savvy and are willing to put the time in to configure everything properly. With my paired devices (Samsung TV and soundbar, Hue lights throughout my house, Nest), it took about 3-4 hours to get everything setup the way I needed it to be. I'm looking forward to being able to turn the soundbar down when it is late at night when the in-laws are visiting and watching movies loudly without having to yell downstairs. Once I get a Logitech remote and use that, I may come back and adjust my rating and review (hopefully to 4-stars).

Followed the setup instructions. I had one problem but a call to online support helped me solve it. You can replace all those remotes with one single remote or your smartphone. It also works with Alexa.

This device makes life easier by customizing commands and activities, plus works really well with Alexa.

Bought the Harmony hub to work with my Alexa, home theater set up, and Hue lights. This little hub works directly with your phone or tablet and gets the job done. My only complaint is that the set up can be a tad tedious and set up can be a pain at first, but like riding a bike it eventually settles in.

The Harmony Hub is easy to install, configure, operate, it manages all my devices with the Harmony app. Just love it!!!

I actually had a Harmony Smart Hub before this purchase but I have learned a lot since. It does take a lot of patience to learn but is worth the effort. The Logitech website is great for instructions for setting up activities. One thing I would recommend is not to try and take shortcuts. If you change equipment, delete the old activity and start a new one. Trying to fix the old one doesn’t work very well and tends to cause frustrations.

This is the remote that you must have. In addition, it is a MUST if you have an Amazon echo. You can use the echo and the Harmony to issue voice commands to turn your smart TV on and on, change channels and switch to different accessories such as Apple TV. It's simple it's easy and well worth it

Got this connected to my Echo Dot and it works awesome. It turns on/off the tv, receiver, and direct tv with Alexa. It can adjust the volume, turn the channel with Alexa. I can also use my phone to operate my entertainment equipment. Its a great product and well worth it.

I purchased this item to gain control over a TV that is watched by by elderly mom and the primary source of entertainment for my older brother. Both are getting to the point where selecting stations with the small remotes is a challenge so I wanted to be able to help and control this through the phone app and also his Alexa unit. I have yet to be able to get the Alexa to interact with the hub even when the skills are turned on and they seem to be linked. The RF component of the hub seems to be intermittent at best since it will change the channels when it wants to - which is not very often. I have repositioned the unit and have not had any continued success. I am a huge Logitech fan so be cautious when making a purchase of the hub alone. It may require a high dollar Logitech remote before it will do everything you expect.

This hub works great with all of my devices. I can use my harmony remote or my iPhone to control my TV, PlayStation, receiver, etc. I just added this one, but have others in other rooms in the house. Love it and would recommend it to everyone.

I got it set up to work with my Amazon Echo, so now I can turn my TV on by just speaking to it. It still has some quirks, I can't get it to change to all of the channels. I think I will have to work on the station names. It works real well using my iPhone, but that is not why I bought it, I want it to work with the Amazon Echo. As long as you have a supported Harmony remote, the basic setup was easy.

I use this to extend the range of our remote. Point it anywhere and it works. Easy setup too.

Through the years I have had 3 Harmony remote products. They have all worked great. The first Harmony product that I had was just the remote, and it worked great. I then decided to upgrade to the Harmony hub. I've used the Harmony hub in my living room for my entertainment center for 2 years now. It is extremely easy to use with Apple products such as the iPhone or iPad, or any droid tablet or phone device as well. For Father's Day my wife bought me an Alexa and a new Harmony hub to use in the bedroom. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to simplify their entertainment experience. Just a quick note: the Harmony hub on its own is the device for you if you do not want a remote, and you are okay with changing the entertainment devices using your phone or a tablet. If you are the type of person that needs a remote then try one of Harmony's other devices. To sum it all up: I highly recommend Harmony products, they are well worth the money!

This thing is amazing. It's a shame that Logitech is discontinuing all of the Harmony line. It fixed the issue of my soundbar blocking the IR receiver on my TV, finally lets me control my Playstation and lets me edit menus on the Harmony One without having to connect it to my computer. The Harmony app for the phone is also quite good. I will say that some of the instructions on the Logitech site can be dated so setup can be a bit confusing but it still does a great job of providing a lot of extra functionality. The only future downside is that Logitech doesn't seem to be adding a lot of the new TVs (like the LG CX series) so some functionality may never fully be there.
