I got this specifically so I could control music from out by the pool, no where near the middle of the house where all my home theater equip is. With the wifi to ir feature it works great. Only little thing that would be nice would be, to be able to rename some of the icons on the phone / tablet app. Otherwise its great, change from cd to pandora to stereo, on / off, volume without getting out of pool.

The software runs on multiple devices. My wife loves the fact that it shows the icons for the networks so she does not have to remember the channel numbers.

I had a previous Logitech Harmony that did work ok, but could not control all of my devices efficiently, so I wasn't sure that this will be the solution I was looking for. Man, was I wrong! this thing just works. I finally got a remote that can really control all the functions of my entertainment center with no problem. I highly recommend it.

Love this product it's does exactly what its supposed to do...I've owned logitech products before. Setup was very easy once you download the app to your smartphone. You can use the app or the supplied remote to control your equipment and it's compatible with Amazon echo philips hue ect. Lastly the value I got it for 69.99 on sale regular price was 119.99.

I bought this to solve the issue of fumbling through remotes when trying to use my fire stick. Although a bit difficult to set up, this thing is incredible and I feel future proof. It is able to control IR devices, Bluetooth devices, and devices over WiFi. I set up to have it multiple modes of turning on my TV depending on if I am watching TV, using fire stick, or playing a game. Also, my kids break my TV remotes a lot and the OEM replacement costs about 60. This is better and replacement remotes are just 30 MSRP.

Had the old 650 for several years. Always had problems. This remote works 10 X better. just press the button and put it down as all the units turn on. Now my wife will use it. I found setup easy on the computer, but must have all model #'s .

If you have an Amazon Alexa, this is a great companion. You can now control your TV, Tivo and Sonos speakers with Alexa using the hub.

This is the no frills version of the Logitech line of remotes. it has convenient features but the top two levels of buttons sometime causes a user to change from tv to dvd instead of fast forwarding a taped video. not bad for the money. seems to be durable.

I bought this universal remote simply out of necessity. My new Blu-Ray player's remote was defective on arrival, and I couldn't even complete the setup procedures. What really got my attention was that this remote was compatible with Alexa. After several hours of setting up the product, installing the apps on my phone, and a LOT of experimentation, I was able to get this device to work with my TV, stereo, and Blu-Ray player. The voice commands through Alexa usually work, but they required some tinkering and getting used to. I still have trouble when the TV is on a different input than the one I need. I would recommend this universal remote for all users of Alexa, but would encourage purchasers to be patient and willing to experiment before finding the setup options that work best for them.

Great remote with easy setup. It will control a receiver, TV, Direct TV box, and PlayStation all on the one control. Highly recommend this device.

My husband is not very tech savvy so I was worried about consolidating everything to this one remote but it's simple and easy to use. Works great!

I bought this for the Harmony Hub only as I already had a Harmony Touch remote. I needed the Hub in order to get my entertainment center working with my Amazon Alexa. Works great now and Amazon continues to update so it can only get better!

This hub with the extra remote is a great addition to my harmony touch. No line of sight needed and updates can be done easily with mobile apps.

I bought this so I could enable voice control on my TV for cable TV, Bluray player, Amazon Fire TV, by using Alexa in conjunction with this after I sold my Xbox One w/ Kinect. It was easy to setup and works great. I have no complaints. It took a little while to set everything up but they walk you through the whole process. There are times that it doesn't work well which is why I took a star off. Also, the remote has some delay to it. I liked it so much I actually bought a second one for my parents which made their setup so much easier to control. Since they are oblivious to new technology. This allows me to not get calls all the time saying something isn't working since now all they have to do is press a button and it does everything for them.

Easy set up. Downloaded app. Enabled Alexa. Now have voice activated TV system. Haven't encountered problems from other reviews.

I've burned through my share of universal remotes, and this is hands down the best remote I've ever owned. It was a breeze to set it up with my TV, receiver, AppleTV, and Playstation 3. The setup did take a while since some of the default buttons (especially for the AppleTV) didn't make sense to me. But now that I've taken the 15-20 minutes to go through and customize each devices buttons to my liking, this is the perfect remote. Small, but not too small, and very comfortable to hold / use. Works flawlessly every time. Finally!!!

Simply took out all my other remotes though I do keep them handy. It was mostly easy to setup and I tweeked it to my likings over the next week.

I bought this to replace a Harmony 650 that had been dropped by my toddler one too many times. It was easy for me to set up because I already had a Harmony account and all of my settings transferred over. The included remote works great, as does the app on my iPhone. It also was very easy to set up with my Echo Dot. Highly recommended.
