Both remote and app work better than expected! Replaced old harmony one.

Enjoy programs and movies smart functions are easy to use

This is my favorite smart remote I have ever owned. Once you are completely walked through the setup and testing the equipment just works! the customization of buttons is also nice and as easy as I have ever seen.

Spent about 15 minutes to connect and set up. Easily configured all components and now have easy and intuitive control using included remote, iphones, droids, and ipads for all family members.

Compatibility with AppleTV, cable, and built in tuner is flawless.

This is a nice remote for the price. I really don't like the dvr buttons being on the top but it functions really well with the Harmony Hub.

We bought it because it works with Alexa. We already had a Harmony but the Hub added more functionality. We can tell Alexa to turn up or turn down the volume for example. It works well.

I liked this remote so well, I purchased another for our bedroom.

Works all of my entertainment gadgets. Right now I have it controlling a Apple TV 4th gen, Nvidia Shield, Vizio 5.1 surround bar, Samsung 4K TV, and a Xbox One. The app is a little cumbersome and you sometimes when you make a selection you have to back out and go back in to your selection to get it to load properly. Some items are buried within menus within menus such as setting up button controls on the companion remote. Also has a nice setting for your Hue lights to change up or off when you start a activity, really neat.

This helps a lot with doing away with the several number of remotes.

Excellent product! I am able to control my 2011 Samsung TV, cable box, Marantz, Fire TV, Samsung Blu-Ray, and PS4 with no issues. Now I don’t have to play roulette with my remotes AND THEN “curve the bullet” around my ottoman to control my devices. Compared to my old logitech harmony remote, they did a lot of improvements and this will actually change my TV to the correct input each time I switch video devices. The setup of the device was challenging using the iOS mobile app so I ended up using my laptop. I’ve had it for a few days now. The price was great. The remote’s craftsmanship is great and real solid. Very satisfied with my purchase so far.

The Smart Control device is easy to setup and has lots for useful features. Older TVs that do not have the automatic selection of INPUT SOURCE (i.e. one button selection for CABLE, DVD etc.) have difficulty working properly with the Smart Control. The input source has to be selected by using manual UP/DOWN arrows in the software setup. But this steps do not work if the input used for previous TV viewing is different than that what was used during the setup. User needs to be able to do MACRO programming and even that does not work all the time as indicated above.

Works as advertised through the wood doors. This was essential.

i have owned several logitech remotes over the years and I am consistently pleased. I miss having the screen on the remote, but the ability to use my ipad is fantastic. It's fast and reliable, the responsiveness of the remote is much better than using connected devices, but even at it's worst it's much better than any other all-in-one remote on the market.
