I bought this to condense my entertainment center remotes. The iPhone app automatically found most devices connected to my home network (including TV, Apple TV and Xbox One). Adding a soundbar and PS3 required nothing more than searching for the items in the Harmony database. I made a couple of tweaks to the Apple TV commands on the Harmony remote, which was easy to do on the iPhone app, and I actually prefer navigating the Apple TV menus with the Harmony remote vs. the Apple one. Tying the Harmony in with the Google Home speakers is also easy, allowing for voice commands for initiating activities (e.g. "Hey Google, tell Harmony to turn on the Apple TV.)

I do like this remote. I have another Logitech remote which was much more expensive. I like that one because it will light up with motion and I wish that this remote did that also. Otherwise it does everything that I want it to do.

Where has this been for the last 20 years of my life ! This simplifies all our remotes into one user friendly remote!! Or I can use my smart phone app!! Controls everything, game station, receiver, cable box, DVD player and TV !!

I needed a system that would allow me to change channels/adjust volume, etc through closed cabinet doors (non glass fronts). This is the perfect system. A little cumbersome at set up but otherwise it's basically an "all in one" remote that works with a very small infa-red "pod" receiver outside of the cabinets to change channels, etc.

I've owned a lot of harmonies over the years, and I honestly believe that for systems other than high end home theaters with lots of components and/or activities, this is THE remote to have. I have 3 in my house (and use a much more expensive Harmony in my main "theater", but for bedrooms and kids playrooms (and honestly the average person's main setup, these are perfect. Small, light, easy to use, I just replaced the first battery in one of them last week after about 3 years ($6 for a 4 pack of them on Amazon). The RF is absolutely key in any remote so that it doesn't have to be pointed at the components. If I (the AV enthusiast/nerd) like it, and my wife and parents also like it, that's all you need to know. :)

Replaced an old Harmony XBox 360 remote that was showing it's age (volume buttons were unresponsive, etc). Setup was painless and I had it setup within 30mins. I enjoy the RF aspect of the remote, since with my previous remote I had to aim it almost directly at my DVR in order for it to pick up the signal properly. I also like the simplicity of the remote, easy for the wife or visitors to use without too much instruction. I don't use the smart phone application too often, but it works although it can be a bit cumbersome to use. The interface could use a little work to make it more intuitive. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase

Overall I think this is a great HT remote, only complaint is it has dropped wifi signal a few times leaving me with no control. Not sure if it is router or remotes hub issue.

Easy way to turn on multiple devices with one button. Pretty easy to program- be sure to use the YouTube how to s. Can turn on receiver and TV and control volume and channels with the Harmony. This particular model is not Alexa voice compatible. Another button turns on DVD/TV/receiver, another turns on my Roku. Only glitch is that the device will sometimes forget which things to turn on/off. I still like it very much.

I was a little hesitant in purchasing this product because of what I foresaw as very complicated remote to program based off some of the reviews I had read. And yes it did take me some time to get it all set up...kinda of trial and error for me...But once I succeeded WOW has it ever been worth it. I'm operating 5 different devices with this sleek hand held remote and all functions work perfectly. It' controls my DVD player, DVR, Apple TV, HDR Smart TV, and SONOS Surround Sound. I use the remote but the Harmony Hub works just as well using the Harmony App from my Apple smart phone. I'm 67 yrs old and do not consider myself that tech savvy however I am persistent! Really happy that I purchased this system.

Really like this - I was using 4 remotes for all of my devices, and I love using Harmony with Google Assistant

I love the remote, it replaced four of our TV/Cable/Sound System/Apple TV and we still have the bandwidth to add one more item.

I bought the Harmony remote as a solution for an RF REMOTE that was compatible with Direct TV. It works great and was relatively inexpensive compared to other RF Remotes.

My father-in-law has a tray just for his 8 remotes, so saw this on sale for $70 and purchased it for him for Christmas; there is definitely a learning curve and much time is needed to set it up the way that you want, as its been over a week and he is still fiddling with it; but once its done you are all set and life is easier

Great product . I am able to control all features of my tv, fire tv , cable , surround sound. Colored buttons /numpad can have functions set with the app or learn commands from other remotes. Setup was a pain but once its done it works flawlessly. This product was shipped in a white box not retail packaging . everything was new just not expected this is the reason for 4 stars. Product description didnt mention it.

This remote works perfectly. My old harmony would need to be pointed at the devices for 20 seconds to turn everything on and off. Not this one. Pick it up, tap the activity and set it down. No issues.

Works great, does have an issue sometimes with PS4, not sure if it is just me. Sometimes it doesn't turn on the TV when you hit the buttons on the remote, but that is maybe 1 out 5 times it does that.

I have all of my components in a closet and need RF capabilities . This remote replaced a olderHarmony 900 that no longer worked and I couldn’t be happier with the performance . Keep in mind this a basic remote with no backlit displays but it controls all of my devices perfectly and cost far less .

A little complicated to program, once that's done, it is very easy to use, it replaces three of my remotes, nice to hold
