Was going to pay approximately $1500.00 to relocate all my tv components, because furniture blocked remote .... but bought this instead & it only needs to see the tv...works from every seat in the room...perfect!

A hard to remind everyone to point the remote at the tv until the sequence is done. Otherwise easy to program and setup

Easy to program, convient to use! The remote is your gateway all your entertainment and security features. What're can you ask for? Dependable reliable and always ready with charger stand. Best remote I've had.

Almost 5 stars because the set up is difficult at best. My biggest barrier to a simple set up is Logitech Harmony assumption I know their language. They use words, I don't use everyday, to describe key points in the set up process. And they use those same words within a string of processes that you need to launch the other features with. Logitech, call me and I will happily write out a tutorial, make a podcast, and or produce a video series for new Harmony users.

This replaced another harmony remote, so I was familiar with their products. My components are behind a wall , that is why I chose this model. Expensive , but the remote works very well, and easy to set up. I haven't used their customer support for years, but when I did , it was very good.

If you are into the tech stuff..then this is the remote. Can seem complicated and difficult to use for the first time tech gurus, but have faith in yourself and you can enjoy the benefits this remote offers.

It's reliable and easy to set up and use. It even operates the Amazon Firestick via Bluetooth which is nice. Sometimes however it forgets to operate my sonos and the only way to correct is to power cycle the activity. Some people complain about the button layout. It it doesn't bother me.

This remote does all I would want it to do for a fraction of the cost of those high dollar home automation systems. The remote is easy to set up an the technical support from Logitic is very helpful.

I gave this as a gift to my husband. He set it up and first was frustrated at the inability to customize programs. He also noted the poor button layout..(which is corrected in the newer version). It works nice so far and we are pleased. But wish I had seen the newer version as it has some real perks.

Had a few issues initially with the placement of the hub, remote activity not setting my receiver input correctly, and attempts to change channels not updating correctly on my uverse receiver, but customer service was helpful and got everything straightened out. I like that I can control all activities and devices from my iPhone and iPad in addition to the remote itself. Needed to buy a 2.5mm cable extension for one IR blaster but that was just a few bucks.

This is a great remote. It takes a bit of programing to get it set up correctly with multiple components, but once done it's really works well. Love the Iphone app. It's like having a second remote.

It remembers all the details of my devices so I don't have to! If I didn't enter the correct sequence for stating my activity, it is easy to fix. I have been a Harmony user for more than 10 years.

It's a little on the expensive side...but I've owned several other Logitech Universal Remotes, and this one is DEFINITELY worth every penny!! Set up is super easy!! Buy it if you can afford it.

Really like this remote, some small issues, but it is real nice to have one remote for multiple devices!!

Took a while to set up and get working, but once all firmware updates were completed all went very well.

If u own an iPhone u only need the hub, the remote is a lot of extra money when you will never even use it

Makes navigating between devices a breeze and it even runs its own "help" program when a device is not cooperating. Super easy and glad I invested in it. Everyone that comes over wants one.

Got this item for Christmas and other than a small issue during setup the remote has been great. Like it a ton better than the Harmony 1000.

This remote works great, mostly due to the fact it uses both IR and RF to control your various devices. The included IR extenders really help reach devices that don't support RF.

The remote can control all of my devices seamlessly. The only complaint is that it can take a few seconds to register an activity being on in the remote even though it is actually complete. The lag can be annoying at times but manageable
