Great being able to control loghts (with lutron bridge) all of my components with one remote

I thought this remote was going to be great! It has options for many devices and has a screen to select favorite channels. I did have the Geek Squad program it when they installed all the other things I purchased. We had many problems with this remote and after I had the Geed Squad out to fix it once, I gave up and took it back in a bag. It would not turn on the TV and Sound bar and the same time and I had to go thru the fix option to get everything turned on, the remote would read low battery but after putting back in cradle to charge it would read fully charged, would not change the channel on the TV. When with a simple model.

Works great, just like my previous Harmony remotes but I think the 900 felt better in your hand..

Bought this remote to consolidate all of my other remotes. This is the best one yet. Once you figure out how to program it. After about a day of programming and re programming I have no need to use the other 9 remotes that I use to use and the combinations to use each device separately is incredible. Harmony has outdone itself with this one. I think it can only get better.

The Harmony remote goes through wood so you don't have to have door open, and if somethings don't happen to click on simply push help and the remote fixes the problem. Fantastic

Love this remote! It helped us to avoid having three remotes just so we could use our entertainment system. Touch Screen automatically glows when you pick it up. Very easy to use.

Excellent product!!! Easy to setup on PC or Mac and turns on all my system, TV, DVD, satellite, music, Apple TV, surround sound. It works even when the cabinet doors are closed.

This remote is an excellent product, however it is somewhat difficult to set up. While it does not require you to have a computer to set it up, if does if you have software issues. This was a problem, Is I didn't have one. Still a great product, just needs a few tweaks.

This is my second Harmony remote the first was a Harmony 900. I like the way you can custom program the remotes. The technical service was great helping with the internet radio on my receiver. The new ultimate home is more streamlined with a really cool swipe screen for fast forward rewind pause stop, works great no more looking for buttons. The unit is pricey but once you get it set its great. The transfer of info from the old remote to the new was done in minutes, their site where all your remote info is stored is excellent you can go back and customize your remote the way you want it at any time. I would purchase again in a heart beat.

Works well. All features seam to work from the xbox 1, to my dennon receiver, to my first gen plazma. No issues. Easy set up when not over thinking what the directions say

Have had earlier Logitech remotes. This is the easiest to use. Charges in its own cradle.

This is the best remote for the money! It looks good and sets in the hand comfortably. It has a contoured back to follow the shape of a persons hand. Programming is a breeze!

Item is easy to setup and use. Using to control home theater system consisting of 7 devices.

This is a greater remote you can program it to control all your entertainment devices.

I am in love with this remote. I was nervous about investing in the price, but 10 minutes after setting it up I fell in love and don't know how I lived with out it. Set up was easy but because I am not that mechanically /technically inclined I watched a you tube video that walked me through it. I am disappointed that Sony does not let full integration with the PS4 but pressing "Play a game" does turn on the TV monitor and switch to the appropriate HDMI settings. Other wise all other features are perfect. I just press "Watch TV" and everything is done for me. I managed to get rid of 4 other remotes because of this.

Handles my home theater well including audio components, projector, and Philips Hue lights. Little disappointed that you cannot program Hue colors in the macros, but otherwise meets all my needs. Setup and the user interface is not as well polished as it could be, making you hop around a bit to fine tune any settings, but probably the most capable remote system available without breaking the bank.

This remote is easy to use. You only have to push the button once for it to work, you never have to wonder if you haven't aimed it correctly or if the batteries are dead.

Much better than previous model. Very easy set up. Great functionality for all devices.

I've consolidated 5 remotes into this one, plus it enables me to use it for home control. Convenient charging station without having to replace batteries. Works great!
