I bought this device after a recommendation from a best buy geek squad member. I had 6 different remotes. Now I have one that controls all my devices.

Excellent purchase. Now, I don't have to manipulating 7 different remote controls for my living room media setup. I am just dealing with only one!.

We had 6 remotes for various items associated with the tv and satellite service. Now we are down to one. GREAT and soooooo much easier on everyone.

Great remote but battery dies quicker than my previous harmony remote.

Remarkable remote using RF to its hub which then converts to IR for device control. Excellent computer interface with the ability to automate.

This is a really good easy to use universal remote. It has more features than I needed but is an upgrade over the lower model I used previously

I am an AV integrator, and although you can spend lots of money on a remote, this one is set-up user friendly and has a minor learning curve.

We have had and still hav several Logitech universal remotes. We have never had one go bad so feel they are very reliable. We tend to buy a newer one for the main living room then pass the older one down to other rooms or motor home. This one has been the easiest to set up ever and with way more devices than we previously had. We do like the charging cradle very much verses the previous one with a sub charge cable. This unit is small but we adapted very quickly. The swiping on the touch screen is cool! Highly recommend this one.

A little sensitive to operate however, makes life a lot easier.

It is easy to program, great feel to it. Touch screen with swipe feature work similar to a smart phone. Also controls some smart light bulbs.

Excellant product! Am pleased with its capabilities and ease of use. Really enjoy having one remote that can do a wide variety of jobs.

Very good remote. Expensive but works better then any universal remote I have owned. Only have had it a couple months but so far so good.

I've had harmony remotes for years. My old harmony one was getting slow on wake up mode. I replaced it with there newest model. The appeal of not being in sight was neat. Unfortunately, the unit works only with the Wi-Fi hub. I can't use it throughout the house like the old harmony remotes. The good thing is my big doesn't block the signal anymore.

This is my third different Harmony remote that I have owned over the last 6 years and is the best one thus far. The only downside to the remote is that when I activate the number touchpad, it sometimes requires a firm press on the numbers to have the remote accept your channel request. Otherwise, I am very happy with performance of the remote.

Programable rechargeable remote. Easy to program and was compatible with all my electronic equiptment. Very happy with product overall.

This remote is an additional Logitech remote for a different room from my other Logitech remote (Harmony 900). The set up was easier than I thought it would be. Just need to follow directions. Wish it came with a manual - needed to find the manual on-line. It does take some getting used to, but after the learning curve, the remote works well.
