I'm the kind of person that likes to have the best of everything, quality more than quantity, and I like this remote. I put all my tv components in a closet and use this remote to control it all. Only thing is you have to resync to the playstation when you update the remote

The staff at Best Buy recommended that we purchased a remote so that we wouldn't have to use multiple ones. They suggested that we purchase the Logitech - Harmony Ultimate Home - Black, which we did. We were using a Pronto Pro but they explained that it is more difficult to program. Unfortunately, the Harmony can't be programmed to do everything that the Pronto Pro can. We have also been experiencing some problems with the Harmony automatically turning off the TV when we carefully pick it up to do any function while watching TV or a movie, etc. It doesn't happen all of the time and we are not sure why it does. We are still in the process of trying to resolve the issue. Maybe the one we have is a "Lemon" and hopefully we will be able to exchange it out.

This remote is fantastic. Controls all my devices with one touch. Well worth the money I spent.

Works well with all of our components. Would recommend to anyone with a home theater set up.

First thing you'll have to do is register the product on line and set up your account for downloads and etc. Get all your model numbers to all your devices too, this just makes it easier when setting up the remote. After about 45 mins of set up, wah la, it worked well the first time. I was able to combine LG TV & DVR, Bose Lifestyle 123 and Direct TV. Workes good, some learning curve but all in all very good.

The Harmony Remote has made my life a lot less hectic in the operation of my Samsong 4K TV.

Upgraded from a Harmony One and it was the best move! Easy to use and lots of functionality.

This replaced an older Harmony remote, which worked well, though having to plug it into my computer to make even the smallest change (Daylight Savings?) was painful enough that I let changes pile up. This new remote allows changes to be made through an iOS app, substantially improving ease of use. It took me two weeks of off-and-on tinkering to get things set up in just the right way (for a collection of six devices) but, since then, I have had no problems and it seems to work perfectly.

I bought this device to replace my previous Harmony remote. Controls everything flawlessly.

If u are looking to automate your entertainment system or get rid of many remotes this product is for you. It integrates seamless with Echo for.voice contorl of ur system. U can even have certain lights come on and scenes activated automatically. Takes some time to setup fully for automation with Home Controllers. In all I am satisfied. I have two other Harmony remotes around my home. This one has rechargeable cradle for remote to charge. Large color touchscreen dislay which u can add ur own wallpaper. This remote is fully customizable for ur entertainment needs.

The Harmony Ultimate Home is a huge improvement from the 950 I had before and all the programed features transferred over through the synch process. One thing I would like to improve is the remote does not hold the functions. It has to be reset every other week.

Very easy to set up and add all devices. I used iPhone to set up the hub without a problem. Adding devices is easy and I was able to find a remote for a receiver with a lost remote. Integration with Alexa was breeze. The only issue I have seen is freezing up remote once or twice, hopefully it will not become a constant issue. Overall good solution for setting up different activities, such as playing xbox, watching dvd and tv with a single Alexa command. One command also turns the whole system off, awesome.
