Easy to set up and use. Love having just one remote instead of several.

Don't know why didn't do sooner. Now we aren't looking for correct remote out of many.

the remote is great and being RF makes it very useful, but the promised Extender (which supposedly would make it work with home automation) has not been released yet. in fact, I doubt it is ever coming out.

This is a replacement from another Logitech remote that was recommended by Best Buy. For one thing, I have to charge it every 2 days or so, and sometimes without any warning. For another thing, it is hard to switch from one mode to another. I have to keep powering it off, then on. I spoke to someone at Best Buy today who told me it works like a computer, and I need to pull the plug from the tv for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. It is a big inconvenience to have to do that for me. He said to take pictures and send it to him if it still doesn't work.

We needed a remote to control our new system which includes a two zone receiver, smart tv, blu ray dvd, and Direct TV. The Harmony does it all and MUCH more if you need it to. If you are not real computer savvy you should probably spend the extra $$ and have the Geek Squad come to your home and set it up.

Using this remote and hub in a purpose built home theater to control a projector, receiver, games systems, other components, as well as lighting. Works great, no issues with the IR blasters once positioned correctly. I'm able to set a scene in my Alexa app and issue a single command to power up the A/V system, dim the lights, and load a movie. Only con with this system is that Logitech in general needs to spend more time on the Harmony app to make it more user friendly. They have spent years attempting to move customers from a previous version of the app to the newer one, leaving customers like me with multiple Harmony remotes to use 2 different apps to program the remotes. Other than that, these remotes are easy to use and last a LONG time.

Yes, this is expensive. Yes, you should think twice about getting this. Yes, this can make your breakfast too... Cost aside, this is an incredible remote. I have a bunch of things in my entertainment center and this remote was able to connect to it all. I did have trouble with the initial setup and updating the hub, but once past that bump, everything is awesome. The only reason I purchased this was with the trade in program best buy was running ( old remote = 100 off). It still made for an expensive purchase, but it was a much easier pill to swallow. I have a ps3, Xbox 1, a projector, and receiver ( and some other stuff) and was hoping to have the 1 be the center, but unfortunately it would not properly shut down the projector.. This remote has no problems controlling and setting up scenes with those devices. If you want less remotes, this is the remote to get.

Only complaint is price. TOO EXPENSIVE! Very quick to recharge. Easy to use.

Remote works great, battery life is less than most harmony's. Remote is more complicated to hook up than most. The size is perfect, does cost more.
