Good, full featured remote. Much cheaper than the custom brands out there that can only be installed and programmed by a professional. Takes a long time to get everything set up. But, a consumer can do it if you keep at it! We do keep accidentally hitting the wrong button on the screen and switching to an unwanted source in the middle of a movie. We've learned how to avoid this.

This remote was very easy to set up. My only complaint is that you have to use the mobile app to set it up. I would prefer to be able to program it through the PC first. the other issue would be that some of the items that it claims to control on the website are not readily available in the app. For example my ceiling fan and lights are on our remote control which the website says can be controlled. However during setup there is no option for Hampton Bay. otherwise for controlling my home theater, it is awesome. Even my wife loves it!

There are a few kinks in the this remote that I have learned to live with. But overall this is still a great one remote replacement. Occasional I have to go and grab one of the specific device's remote to execute an action.

Setup instructions weren't completely clear about how to go about setting everything up and updating firmware on the hub and remote, but after spending a few hours, I got it right. Now that it's setup, it's great. No complaints.

The Ultimate Home has some great programming features. It can do just about anything you'd like. It does still have some limitations and minor issues, but overall is a really nice alternative to having 3 or 4 different remotes.

This is a very good remote which manages multiple stuff (projector, receiver,Xbox,blue Ray etc very well.. Only down side for me personally is it's difficult to learn if you are not a technology savvy.. But you get used to it ..

Great remote , remote is a little bit of a pain to set up and time consuming.But remote can control just about any device.

I have had this remote for about a month. It was not too difficult to set up if you understand how your AV system is set up. That is, what is connected to each HDMI port, etc. I had this up and running, controlling my TV, DirecTv, Sound Bar, and DVD player in just a little more than an hour. All controls work, with but one exception. I still have not figured out how to advance my DVR in 30-sec increments. Otherwise, everything is working as it should.

I upgraded from the original harmony one remote and am very glad I did. I'm using an Apple AirPort Extreme router with it, and it works flawlessly and stays connected. It worked well before, without being connected to a router, but you'll need Internet to set it up. Using your phone as the remote will require that it's at least connected to a router.
