This is first time I'm using unverisal remote, I learned how to use with in couple of days it's straight forward to seeing instructions. Love to see two IR blaster, I'm happy with my purchase especially for $105..

I've had several universal remotes over the years including the Harmony 1000 & 1100 series remotes. While each had their strengths, they all had too many weaknesses. This remote finally got EVERYTHING right! Hard keys when you need then, no line of site needed, PS/3 compatibility, WI-Fi aware, iPhone comparable...It'll even control my Hue lights.

overall this remote is good....but battery drains quickly. needs to constantly charge. touch screen a little bit more sensitive...

This is a great product and setup is seamless especially if you are upgrading from a previous harmony remote. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the home automation is but challenging to find answers on.

when this was set up by Geek Squad it all worked fine. within a day the TV did not turn on and off with the controller so we now use the TV controller as well to turn it on and off. it is a minor nuisance.

Purchased this remote in anticipation of running cable box and other components down in the basement for the TV in the livingroom over the fireplace. The remote works seamlessly without any faults. Still learning about all the features, yet to be disappointed.

Purchased this item and let me tell you it's wonderful

So I am pleased with this product but all items do not start up properly unless I have direct line of sight to the hub. But after its all running I have no issues working remote without direct line of sight.

I purchased one for me and one for my father in law. Programming it for two very different entertainment systems was very straight forward. This is my third Harmony remote control and each version is better than the previous one. I don't even look at the competition anymore. Only cons, the screen sensitivity could be better.

Using it for TV, receiver, Apple TV and gaming system. Kind of a pain to set up but once you figure it out it goes OK. Did what it says, turns components on and to the correct settings. Occasionally doesn't work well on Apple TV. Biggest issue is that everything is on and working, but the remote still says it's turning stuff on. Delays things a bit it you want to change TV station or something. Good idea and hopefully will improve through updates.

So easy to set up and use. It is so nice to have just one remote out to use. It is sleek and comfortable. You can change from watching tv to playing Tombraider with a simple press of a button!
