I absolutely love this remote!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So easy to set up and use. It is so nice to have just one remote out to use. It is sleek and comfortable. You can change from watching tv to playing Tombraider with a simple press of a button!

Works Great, Needs a Bigger Battery
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set up and program multiple functions. Simple to place IR extenders. Lack of built in IR emitter and short battery life are the only downsides but there are so many upsides that these don't matter.

Not for the faint of heart
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After getting it home and trying to install I had problems. For $100 got the Geek Squad out. Even the tech ran into one glitch he couldn't figure out. He had to call Geek Mount Olympus to get the answer. It regularly stops working and has to be re-synced with the hub. If I'm not around my wife is SOL until I get back to re-sync. Also it claims to work with Phillips Hue. Yes and No. It will turn the lights on and off, but you can adjust color via the remote. You have to use the Hue app on your phone/tablet to fine tune it. I would say this product is not ready for prime time.

Simplifies remote control mess
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the ease of it when it works which is about 95 % of the time. When it doesn't work it simply won't turn on.

Works OK
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a little disappointed with my Harmony. The remote itself can be laggy at times and occasionally you get multiple presses received when you only press it one. The APP for my phone is just about garbage. You are always swiping between screens to complete one action. Very time consuming. Sometimes the phone app forgets it's connected to a base. I wish the remote itself had a usable IR blaster. All my devices are in a separate room except the TV so when I'm using the TV speakers or what to turn the TV on or off I need to manually do so or use the TV remote.

Great Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I download the software and was able to get my TV, Receiver, Blue Ray player and even my Sonos Connect-Amp programmed within just a few minutes. I would recommend for anyone who need to hide their equipment. One tricky part is to make sure the TV is set to be controlled from the handset IR versus the remote repeater.

TOUGH SETUP
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife bought this for me for my birthday. It was a great gift! The hardest part was setting it up. There is not a manual or anything useful to help troubleshoot. Needless to say the set up did not have things working (also not sure if it worked with windows 8.1) the way it should have been. The worse part was calling the help line only to have some one that seemed to be working in another country try to help me "troubleshoot" the problem and all he was telling me to do was to read what comes next on the computer screen. I was on the phone with him a good 45 minutes which did not resolve the problem only for him to tell me that if I was not going to listen to him to return the product to the store and ask for a refund. After that he hung up on me and I still had the problem! Unbelievable! I ended up uninstalling everything and starting from scratch again and this seemed to work. I still can't use the program that installed on my computer (doesn't think the remote is installed), but I was able to set everything up on my iPhone.

Happy with remote, setup a little difficult
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Generally happy with this remote, but setup was a pain! For some reason, the mobile app couldn’t connect to the hub due to the hub needing a software upgrade. I spent multiple hours on the phone with Harmony support and ultimately had to download the setup software on my laptop which was also a pain. This is my 6th harmony remote. Setup for 4 of the 6 were a breeze. The other 2 were a nightmare.

Good remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using harmony remotes for years. This one is a small step backwards. It still controls all the devices I need it to control, but is not as user friendly as my old Harmony One.

great product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love using this..it makes controlling my electronics so easy and can do it from anywhere within the house with the hub. Only complaint is that the FF/REW/Play button are a little hard to reach

Not for everyone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hard to program. Does control all your devices.not for fat fingers.Your IPad , tablet or laptop can be programmed to use with or instead. Its like having two remotes that do work well.

excellent universal remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace another discontinued logitech remote and I wish I had bought this one first. For all the devices it can control is impressive and it feels good in your hand, it's very light. I would have given it a 5 but trying to edit buttons can be confusing for someone not computer savvy, over all it works great and its easy to set up, I would definitely recommend this product to someone looking for a multi product universal remote.

If you are tech-savvy, get it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this to replace a proprietary remote that an audio/visual home theater company used to set up my system several years ago. Never could add or change any device settings without having the company come out with their computer to hook up to it whenever I added or removed a component. Setup of this remote was fairly straightforward, but if you are intimidated by electronics, I wouldn't get it. A week after having it, it lost communication with my receiver. Reprogrammed it, but then found out that the IR receiver had been moved during cleaning and was hidden under some decorative vines on top of the TV cabinet. This, even though the main hub was clearly in line of sight with the remote.

Harmony Ultimate Home Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was apprehensive to spend this much on a remote but having had other Harmony remotes and being pleased with them I took the plunge. I have been fully satisfied with the remote and all the functionality it contains. I have Phillips Hue, Nest, Apple TV xBox One, and a complete home theatre system and it mastered all of them and allowed me to not have to point the remote at anything just touch the buttons I need and wallah. My favorite features are the haptic feedback, lighted on touch and favorite channel icons. Definitely worth the money.

Very good remote.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This remote does number of things. It can set your thermostat, control blinds, etc. I brought it for home theater use. It is easy to set up. The only problem was it did not have a code for Directv DVR. I had to call Harmony several times to set it up properly. Other than that it works well. I like that it lights up in a dark room. You do not have to turn on a light to see what you are doing. I still have to learn other workings of the remote.

Good remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great remote but the remote has to be in range of the hub or it will not work. This presents a problem if any of the 15 things you wish to control is located on a different floor.

Simple and Easy Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Found it really simple to set up and link to my devices. Remote was very easy even my wife, who hates technology and changing things, actually fell in love with it. Keep technology simple and people will like it and use it.

Great Remote / Very efficient
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only reason it is not a 5 star is that it is hard for a novice to use this remote. it is great for me, but my 80 year old mother struggles because you cannot type in numbers.

Perfect except...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This remote is pretty awesome. I use it to control my TV, receiver, cable box, Xbox 360, PS4*, Hue lights. On that note, the major downside is that it will not turn on the PS4 or control certain functions (like PS Vue) This is through no fault of Logitech’s, however. Had to purchase a separate dongle to get it to be able to control some other features on the PS4. All in all, a good buy.
