After using the Logitech 900 Remote this remote takes some getting use to. Some buttons are difficult to use as it is easy to push the wrong button.

the remote has a short battery life. It controls my devices sometimes but is not worth the $ in my opinion.

Got this to pair with my amazon echo. On top of being able to add voice commands for my entertainment system, it also allowed me to run all my av equipment from the closet. So nothing is visable except for my television. I have also set my thermostat and smart plugs to work with the remote. I'm sure I've only scratched the surface on what it can do.

The remote is great and the ability to use and API to control the hub from home automation systems really makes it a nice system. The button placement on the device takes some getting used to, as does the long press capability. Once you get used to it it's really nice to have a smaller remote.

Some controls are over sensitive and battery life is lacking. Controls are difficult to find by feel.

Good a very good deal on BlkFriday and I am happy with it don't know what to compare it with so I guess it's okay being with one than not.

But after I had geek squad work it out it works good now. I think there are still kinks in the system but this product can only get better.

This is a very nice remote. It has a lot of useful features. I wish the button lay out was a little different to be more balanced in the hand.

I have owned several Logitech Harmony remotes and this is the best. Other remotes required manual switching to certain device like Apple TV. But this remote handles all of the devices smoothly with no extra effort. When a problem occurs it fixes it most of the time without a series of questions. The vibration feedback for a button push makes the remote easier to use correctly. We tried with my 85 year old mother but it wasn't a good fit for seniors. Overall very happy with the remote if you have the money to spend.

Remote works fine once I got it set up. Don't try to set up using the app that is useless. set it up on the computer using the usb cable.

This is by far the best Harmony remote I have owned. My only complaint is they put a touch screen in instead of numbers but once you get used to it it's a decent compromise. The fact that it integrates into my Smartthings system is very helpful because now I can turn on and off lights through the remote or set things like "Watch Movie" not only turn on my TV but dim the lights. Great product. I got mine on clearance for $105 so not sure if at a normal price it would be worth it but for what I paid it definitely was.

Can control devices other than the Sonos and Smart TV, like the Nest. Like that about it. Not so easy to learn how to maximize its use.

No doubt great idea to control all your gadgets with one remote but comes with some flaws: 1. Syncing requires wire connection to another device. It comes with Wifi already why do I need to use another cable? 2. Stability needs more work. Sometimes favorite channels pops up while I was in "Watch Movie" activity, which is playing blu-ray and not TV. 3. The price. However, if Logitech could fix 1 and 2, the price is probably fine.

Was looking for a remote to replace all my other remotes . Read a bunch of reviews and figured to give this a try. Glad i did , A really nice remote easy to program works Great.

I bought this model as it has the ability to control home automation devices as well. Even though I don't have any of home automation devices yet, I invested on this model so that it works with the devices I'm going to buy soon.

Have had a harmony remote for nearly 10 years. Bought new smart TV and cabinet to hold equipment and needed remote that would work behind closed doors. Something in the sequencing will not turn off TV or at times will not turn TV on. Re-programmed remote several times with no help. Old harmony was a lot easier to program than this new one.

Found that multiple IR Blaster really helped with the devices that are located around the room. My wife set this up and took full advantage of the function and connectivity and ultimate command functions including connectivity with the Echo Skills. The real fun comes in just having tell the remote to change the channel!

seemd that this required frequent charging... this was not a point made clear when purchased

Best remote on the market today. Quick and easy to change from one mode to the next. Set up a little more difficult than anticipated.

Great remote for controlling all kinds of peripherals. Only real complaint I have is the location of buttons on the very top, which I find akward. The OFF button is also too close to adjacent buttons which causes accidental powering off of equipment at times but not so much now that I am more aware of it.
