This is a great remote.. Love the touchscreen, easy to program from the computer, and can easily operate just about anything you could imagine! This is my second top of the line remote from them.

I traded in the original Harmony for this new model. I haven't explored all the features as I'm setting it up with 3 different TV rooms, but it is has evolved to be less quirky and more useful. For a single affordable universal remote that has only a few tactile buttons, it's a good purchase to make. Think of swipe rather than press.

This item works much better than the 890 I had been using for 6 years. I like the fact to make changes I dont have to disconnect anything. I just make the change and it updates. I am a little disappointed in the button placement but I had read that before. I though the good would outweigh the bad and that has been the case so far.

This took a lot of setting up. First it wasn’t compatible with my router (Verizon fios issued). Then my Apple TV kept changing inputs when turned on by the harmony remote. After days of tweaking everything it finally works well, but be prepared for an intensive first time config.

The harmony hub is the real value, the remote with a touch screen is a nice to have that basically sits behind my tv. Syncing with the Amazing Echo is a little clunky in setup, but functions once done and between that and the app for the phone the remote is basically for whenever my folks visit...

I was apprehensive when the geek squad installer handed me this remote due to its small size. Once tutored in its operation i found this remote more than capable of handling all the commands of my new components.

I was hesitant to purchase this remote because it was a bit pricier than some universal remotes. I caught it on sale and couldn't pass, and I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger. I can control al the devices in my man cave without even actually using the remote itself ( the hub connects to my phone). I can turn on my tv and soundbar, set the tv to Netflix, and even dim my lights before I even get to the room. Works for me

Easy to program remote. I like the features but the touch screen freezes a lot. Tech support only good for 90 days and if it breaks they do not repair only send a coupon for a discount on a new one

This product is fantastic. It permits remote control use of my television without having to point it directly at a cable box. No wires and the cable box is now housed behind a cabinet door. Excellent invention.

The remote was easy to install but did need Internet access and had to set up user name and password. Remote works well even when not pointed at devices. Have had Logitech before and glad I got another one

I recently upgraded a Logitech 890 to this model and don't regret it a bit. There is a learning curve but it's not earth shattering and the control will work well with the base unit when properly configured.

This does everything it say's it does and more. Love the advanced features, like setting up delay commands for devices that may take some time turning on before they will be able to receive commands.

I bought this to replace an earlier model that my puppy decided looked like a chew toy. The Harmony line of remotes are the only ones that control all my devices with ease. It even works with Charter Spectrum's service, operates all functions including DVR and on demand. So nice to use only remote! The included Harmony Hub may come in handy as I decide to add some smart home features like lighting, but for now I really don't need that feature.

So far loving this remote. Setup was easy. A few options were hidden on the remote such as removing the swipe to use feature. Other than that it has been a nice addition to the home entertainment system.

Buying this remote probably saved my marriage! My wife couldn't work all of the different remotes to watch tv in the media room. No more problem! One touch and everything is on! She's happy, I'm happy!

The setup is the only thing that stopped e from giving this devices 5 starts, the documentation isn't exactly clear on how syncing work. However after a couple of attempt I sorted those issues out and then it worked like a champion. The operation is easy to use and almost bullet proof, even my wife can use it.

I've had other Harmony remotes so have learned the set up process. It does take a bit of work to figure the whole thing out. Still having a few kinks with this remote but that may be the service provider issue - Still to be determined. Once set up - Harmony remotes are nice and slick.

Long time Harmony customer... I decided to buy some new remotes and decided to go with this unit, primarily for the hub interoperability and applicability to my using enclosed media cabinets to hide gear in (e.g. Apple TV, Roku, cable STB, receivers, etc.). Although I do like using my iPhone to program them versus grabbing a laptop and finding a cable, for whatever reasons, these [specific] Harmony remotes are not among my favorite Harmony remotes. It seems to be too sensitive to change activities (e.g. accidentally touch wrong spot, falls between the cushions, etc.). Like most of Harmony's remotes, the setup is pretty straightforward and can even be enjoyable for the geek side in some of us.

Love the remote but wish the keyboard was compatible with it. Or there was a keypad built in to remote
