This all in one remote makes life so much easier to navigate,when watching tv,movies,etc. It has eliminated all those other remotes and confusion,terrific!

Purchase was a replacement for an older remote. Great remote, out of the box it corrected an issue I'd had for quite sometime. Glad I made the purchase.

Everything works really well. It took a little bit to figure out exactly how the programming software worked. But the experience is well worth it.

It feels good in your hand, but the menue is too complicated. Best buy set it up for me, so I don't know how easy it is to programm. But if you are scrolling its too sensitive and it opens a function which wasn't meant to open. Also the battery lasts not long enough. In summary I'm not really excited.

What a great remote. I have used Harmonys before and it looks like they fixed all my concerns. The hub is a great way to tie everything together!

Not easy to set it up needed an IT guy to help once done it works great

This a good remote control. Easy to program multiple devices to the remote. Allows you to put away other remote controls and operate your dvd, tv, receiver, etc. I like the fact that it is rechargeable device.

All Harmony Ultimate, One, with touch screen produce button backlight noise. I returned two times... Also contacted logitech, and told me turn off the backlight button.. (not a solution for $350 usd) If you don't mind the sound, the control works perfectly for home theater entertainments!...

This is my 3rd Logitech Harmony remote, and they've all been excellent. I love that this remote uses RF technology to relay its commands between the remote in your hand, and the base station/IR blasters. That means the remote never needs to be pointed directly at anything. The accuracy of the system is much improved. My only ding is the fact that you must used a tablet or smartphone to setup the system. The previous version of the MyHarmony software for PC was much easier for tweaking some of the more complex setups. In this version, you are pushed to the mobile app to do much of the setup, which doesn't have quite as many options as before. I suspect that its a work in progress, and it will get better. My system works great, but a few of my activities were a tad more difficult to set up than before.

This is a good remote, I am disappointed in the battery life. I also found it a little tricky to setup, it was my experience that it required using your smart phone to set it up.

No easy access to numbers so you can type in a channel. Also, has a humming sound from LCD screen, internet says it is an ongoing issue with this controller. New favorite screen is awesome and I like the size. They need to make a case or rubber mold to go around it in case you drop it.

After much confusion on navigating our Sony 65 inch HD TV with 4 handhelds, this makes the operation go smoothly. You can go from normal TV to Apple to Smart with Logitech Harmony with ease.

I bought this to not have to grab 3 remotes when I wanted to play XBOX, My TV, Xbox and receiver would all need to be turned on and inputs would need to be changed. The harmony hub lets me control all of these from the app or the remote, and paired with Amazon Alexa I can even use my voice to turn everything on!

Setting up is not easy. It doesn't always work flawlessly. No doubt the remote has good interface, very convenient and easy to use. But it is not as promised. I run into issues and it take a a lot of digging to resolve it.

Had this setup within minutes. Setup was easy and painless even for some older devices that needed to have thier IR signal copied to the new remote. I bought this as a gift and will purchase one for myself soon!

I owned an earlier model of this remote and was happy with it. I am now further impressed by this remote. Great product and easy to set up.

I cannot connect to Netflix and sound for netflix and I cannot actually see most images on the logitech screen without finding my glasses and the on line logitech matching for icons/TV and cable service do not match so many TV stations cannot be found and so on and so on. Hate it

I’ve always been happy with the Logitech Harmony remotes and this is probably the best one I owned. Hub works great, I like the screen on the remote, and I could use my phone as a backup.
