Easy set up and works great with all electronic devices

Love this remote. I like the touch screen on it and it works great with all my devices. I have other Logitech-harmony remotes and this remote is by far the best one I own. Even my wife said this remote is very easy to use and she hates the other universal remotes.

If you use more than 4 devices in your home entertainment system, then this is a must have!

This remote is amazing! The set up did require a call to customer service, but Julie was able to walk me through it in a very short amount of time. Being compatible with both Sonos and Alexa makes it a joy to use! My husband may hog the remote, but I can also control everything by voice command!

Love the remote but just getting use to had. Had a older model with non digital screen for channel buttons. The screen is touchy for changing channels but love the remote as works well with all devices.

Not difficult to understand the help feature is great if something is not right. Jimbo

This remote is okay. It is not all that is advertised.

Used to have a Harmony 1100, which was good for a while although it was bulky, and after it started malfunctioning - it was time to replace. This one was easy to program and works like a charm. It simplifies functions and is comfortable in hand. I am worried my wife will want more upgrades for the house to incorporate into this remote! Lol

Transitioned from a 9 year old Logitech remote. Was able to import old settings automatically. Easy! New interface works great.

Setup and using was very easy and controlled everything from my amp to the XBOX. Integration with home automation is hard though. No talking to wink and therefore complex scenes can be hard to do.

I love this remote and all the functions it offers.

The IR blasters make turning things on and off a breeze. I upgraded from another logitech when I stepped on it and broke the screen after several years. SO far it is great with turning the settings on and off as needed, I have a PS4, Wbox 360, xbox one, PS3, Wii, Wiiu, Cablebox and AV Reciever for my surround sound (all audio goes through that) Press one button and all settings are changed and now some of the devices will turn on. It turns my PS4 to rest mode! I love the app that it comes with, I can mess with the wife now and change the channels from the other room. It goes off of Wifi, so hopefully it continues to work if in the event my internet goes down, we will see.

Great remote for home or office use. Has the ability to control lighting and Nest Thermostat. Plus the Mobile app is awesome.

Bought this for someone as a gift but was told it was a good remote. A little tough to program at first but overall good

I got a heck of a deal on this from best buy and it has been a great addition to my home theater I built in my basement.. It is exceptionally good for the fact that it controls all my components in the closet out of site.. It is very responsive to any button hit! Only downfalls are you have to have the little nodes very close to the devices that are not close to the hub and don't use wifi.. This is kinda stinks cuz I have a projector that is across the room and not obviously not in the closet with the connected components.. The remote works and sends it the IR signal but if I want to use my phone now I have to get a longer Mini blaster and run that threw the walls all the way to the projector..

this remote is not bad quality, however it requires pointing at devices for a period of time for all to turn on...but decent range and the help function is really good and has worked every time.

great idea I tried it for few days, didn't work for ME...may be ok for others but I had trouble moving from one screen to another especially not designed if your fingertips may be moist or have hand lotion recently on - switched back to my traditional remote.
