After always looking for the 4 remotes I needed to turn on, turn up, and change volume, on all the tv entertainment devices, buying the Logitech Harmony Ultimate remote solved the problem. It turns on the tv, cable service, Bose Speakers, and DVD player, if I want to watch a movie. The Harmony Ultimate remote displays a color screen with my favorite channels and all I need to do is touch the station logo I want to watch. If the remote isn't handy, I have synced my Amazon Echo to activate all the functions with voice commands. The remote is somewhat complicated and for me required a few week learning curve. When I had a question Logitech was helpful with a speedy response.

It's a very smooth product to use, but I have to admit that I'm not happy with the battery life. I went away for a week on a business trip and didn't use the remote. When I came back it was completely dead.

This remote isn't a good as the Elite, but for the price its worth it and does the trick. It functions perfectly fine, just the ergonomics and some button placement is odd.

It is expensive but works very well once its setup

I bought the harmony unit for home automation, it is mainly useful with AV systems and not many other applications. Performance is not so reliable. Overall I give it 3 out of 5 waiting for the future improvements and firmware upgrades to make it more reliable

I upgraded my previous Harmony Remote to the Harmony Ultimate. It has been a great upgrade to my previous remote control.

TV in one room with a sound bar attached, cable box in a closet Ina different room....this remote is the solution!

Remote is great runs the entire house from lights to thermostats and its small. Holds charge for long time as well.

This Harmony is too sensitive. Would rather have a keyboard to access my channels. Don't like the swipe feature. It doesn't always work how I want. I use buttons instead to forward and back.

Easy to set up and use. Does everything I wanted it to do. No more switching remotes to control various devices.

With the exception of the battery being drained after a couple of days this is a great remote. I think it would be hard to find anything better.

The overall look and feel of the remote is great. I got everything set up pretty easy and it took about 30 minutes to program some basic functions and activities. Unfortunately after testing the remote out for the first hour I ran into some issue where the remote was not communicating with my devices. I tried troubleshooting it and it still would not work for me. I don’t want to go through the hassle of reconfiguring everything again and will probably end up returning it.

We have had Logitech remotes before and wanted to get an upgraded one. We would never own another remote!

This is a great remote. It could be better. The most important buttons are out of reach. And if you are a streamer you miss the voice search feature

I have all my Home Theater Equipment into a closet and this remote controls everything. TV, Blue-ray Player, Fire TV, Netflix, Plex, All with one touch on the Actives screen through the internet. It's great one remote dose it all. It's also very easy to setup.

This is a medium tech universal remote. Had GEEK squad set it up. COst was well worth it. Easy to use.

I love the Harmony products however the setup is hard to complete. I would rather it be a sole item an not be used with my cell phone.

Feels that the quality is good but requires frequent recharging and it is not user friendly. Otherwise it is a very convenient product and of excellent speed when pressing any keys.

Only set back geek squad will need to come back as I can not get sound on my screening Netflix movies

Once set up, which is not explained well the remote is very easy to use. The could do a much better job explaining how to move settings from a older logitech remote to the new one.
