This remote is our second, we have one in our basement and needed one for our family room as well. Easy to use and fixes it self if something doesn't work as expected. Just hit the fix button and just like that you watching or listening.

This is a very good phone system, especially for the money. Sound and voice clarity is excellent. I am a little hard of hearing, so this is important for me. Range is also excellent. I can go outside and talk with no problem. I recommend this system.

Only turns off part of my system and I consistently need to use the help button that I have to hit multiple times to shut down completely. For remote this price would have expected better.

Great remote, easy to set up. My only complaint is that you can not scroll through a complete page with one button as you could with prior models.

I've had various Harmony remotes. This one is by far the best. It was REALLY easy to configure to me devices as compared to my previous versions. The only thing I'm disappointed with is the location of the : REW, PLAY/STOP, FWD controls/buttons. Their current location makes it awkward, somethimes difficult to use those "one-handed". The remote becomes unbalanced (bottom heavy) and can fall out of your hand. They should be at the bottom where RED, GRN, YEL, BLUE buttons are located and the R/G/Y/B move to the top. Great product but a little pricey.

I love this remote!! It just works the way it should. I don't have that many devices (U-Verse box, blue ray player, 50" Plasma TV and Apple TV) in my set up but the ones I do makes it so much easier to control them.

Logitech continues to improve the ease of programming of these remotes. This is my 6th remote from Harmony. They keep getting better and better.

Screen too small. battery indicator needs 20/20 vision. too much swiping of screen for different functions. The list goes on and on. Logitech should have improved on the last harmony remote rather than total redesign. Once battery goes dead you can stop watching TV in the middle of a program and recharge for three hours before reuse. Ingenious!!!

The remote is very easy to set up. Great to have all functions on one remote. Customer support is very helpful and responsive!!

This is my second Harmony Remote.Does great, easy setup. No troubles at all. Cant wait to try it with my other smart home products.

This remote has a lots of functions but very complicate and spend lot of time making work and the end never work right. I just return it!!

A few things could be tweaked to get a perfect 5 but overall happy with the remote. A bit pricey but can control pretty much everything...
