I have 7 Logitech remotes this RF model is the best by far

This remote far exceeded my expectations. I had 5 remotes sitting on my coffee table and this took the place of every one of them. A little tough to get used to the programming but would definitely buy again!

Easy set-up and program. I had an older model that stopped charging so I decided to replace it with the newer model. Wonderful device. It now controls all the normal devices plus my Roku and Apple TV

Set up a little more involved than I was hoping for but seems to do the job once you wade through the process.

It makes it easier to control your home entertainment.

We got a new TV and had to upgrade our Harmony Remote. This new version was easy to program and simple to use. We've been Harmony users for over 12 years and highly recommend their products to anyone.

This thing is by far the best remote I have ever had!

Remote was very easy to configure. The Harmony activity based model works very well for my system. My wife can even operate it and she is technically challenged.

I like this series over the newer model for the fact of the size and weight. Overall with harmony you can't go wrong, I love them but prefer this series size over that of others.

This is our second remote and it is so user friendly.

I like it because everything I use is in one devise

I have added this update to my history of being stiffed by Logitech remotes. Never once, ever, has setup worked in less than half a day. Even when you enter all requested product specifics, which there’s no longer a drop-down to choose from so you must type in the 16 letter or more alphanumeric codes, it takes hours of tweaking to get the tool to function as well as my latest Samsung’s mini-remote that came with my new 4K from Best Buy. That device worked immediately and without hours of iPad tweaking and searching. Logitech needs to make a self-identifying remote and IR puck that figures out your components from IR and doesn’t need hand-jamming, web support searches, and ridiculous tweaking to sync a lousy 4 fairly new devices. Welcome to the 90s, Logitech. Won’t buy another product until you enter the space age, or at least the era of powered flight. Don’t these smart transistor thingies use that new internet stuff? So, why is setup so hard?

Like the new seutp and fixed battery, the touch screen is good and hoping this design hold up better than the last. hoping for smart home integration.

I use for Samsung TV, Apple TV, speakers, 4K DVD, TUNERS, etc. no longer need a pile of remotes. The more devices the more time get it setup right. Logitech will even help. I have 3 of these remotes

This is a very capable remote. It is relatively easy to program using your pc. If you can find all of your products to be supported on their website, then you can control all of your components with one remote. There is minimal documentation in both hard copy and on the website. I cannot get the full use of mine.

I have had the 550 and the 650, but this is the best one yet! You can program plenty of devices. I have the harmony hub that came with it and can now use my google home to turn my tv, roku, etc. on or off by voice command. Love the favorites that you can list on the remote screen. It took a while for my family members to get the hang of learning the remote, therefore ease of use has me deducting one star. If you are tech savvy, then no problem.

Easy setup. Requires few tweaks once set up to properly function with some systems. Overall good product
