Nice features. But programming was difficult due to the fact I hv a home theatre setup. So I had to pay extra for programming, can change channels from your smartphone if your to lazy to reach for the remote

We had to return our first Harmony Remote Ultimate Home because it didn't work. This remote is ok but doesn't actually turn the tv on & off every time.

Nice product which solves the problem of too many remote.Screen can be improved a bit

one remote that controls everything. Easy to use, but will require a PC to set up. Battery lasts about a week but come with a charging stand.

The gods had cursed me to always pick up the wrong remote when I needed a specific one and now this curse has been lifted with only one remote for every occasion!

I had a logic remote before this but needed something that would have IR to go through my new entertainment center. Took about 15 mins to set up and works great.

poor fit to hand. too sensitive. reacts when it is picked up. does not synchronize to all units (as advertised). comes with no instructions on use. I would not recommend it.

I had the older version of this remote. It was pretty difficult to set up and keep it up to date with new components. This one is amazingly easy to set up and works fantastic!!! I love it!!!

The remote and hub work very well. I was able to migrate settings from a previous Logitech remote easily. Can't wait for the hub extender that will allow integration with z-wave devices.

Purchased a couple of weeks ago and wished I never did. This remote was recommended by my home theater guy. Most times it does not turn on the components like it is supposed to so I have to ask for help. I will say that it usually fixes itself, but it is still irritating. I would not count on this device to do everything it says it can.

This controller is absolutely genius and amazing. I have it programmed to control everything in my house from my lights, thermostat and entertainment equipment.

Has good reaction time, but must wait to cycle through commands to do anything.

Easy to setup. Easy to operate. So many options of things to control. App on iOS works well.

LCD screen makes it much easier to control multiple activities. It is also very easy to change light settings and colors for your smart lights right from the remote.

Remote is great. Favorite Chanel set up makes it quick to get the Chanel you want. Makes it possible to hide cable box, wi and DVR from vies.

Works well with Alexa/Amazon Dot. With a voice command to turn on the tv, the Logitech hub/remote will turn on the tv and the surround sound. Can also turn on the tv, dvd, and surround sound. The remote is capable of changing channels with smart control, but I have not been able to get it to work with my xfinity box to change channels... although the forums suggest it is possible.

This is a great remote once you get it set up. The steps are a little cumbersome and time consuming, but does a great job of importing settings from a previous Harmony model.
