Very simple set up using the iPhone and the Harmony app. Controls way more devices beyond audio visual devices. Initial software update injected a few bugs but today's update fixed them. Update process is very simple. I like that you don't need to tether to a computer except during initial set up.

I am wowed by this device. I can run TV, Receiver, Cable, Netflix, You Tube, etc and even my ceiling fan with a touch of a button. If I can't get to where I want to go, the device will trouble shoot for me and get me there. I use this with my Apple TV and this device makes navigating all the different options a breeze. It is the only remote you will ever need.

I switched from a UFC remote. I didn't like relying upon a technician to program my remote. Additionally it cost each time they would program it. This remote is easy to program (and update). The app and WiFi, Bluetooth technology for this remote make it a must have. The UI is great as well.

Easy intuitive programming. No complicated macro instructions required by user. Don't like the blaster emitters. Rather have the emitters that attach to the IR sensor on the A/V components because my equipment is spread out on different shelves of my enclosed cabinet. Otherwise works well!

Its a little hard to program the more advanced features using the phone app but it is possible. You can get it to do just about anything. It takes some time to set up if you have to add commands which i did. Its a cool feature to control it from your phone. I would buy it again.

I finally decided to take the plunge and upgrade my old Logitech Harmony One remote. The Harmony Ultimate Home is a great upgrade! Since it communicates with the hub using RF rather than infrared, it works much better than the One did with some of my components that are behind glass, using the included IR blasters. Also, I now can look directly at the remote screen, rather than worry about pointing the remote right at my components and angling to see the remote screen. Almost all of my settings were correctly translated for the new remote by Logitech's upgrade wizard. The few corrections I needed to make were really easy, making this a much simpler upgrade than I thought it would be. Also love the app control with this new remote. Loving it.

Great remote, A+ in all features accept for the touch screen is not sensitive enough and sometime does not register commands. The touch screen should be more sensitive like my iPhone. I still would purchase this again and recommend to anyone looking to replace multiple remotes.

Once set up this remote is very easy to use and update and also works with Phillips Hue Lights.

We went from a MX900 series remote to this Logitech when we bought new TV. Geek squad set it up but the online software to change it is easy to use. Remote has a help feature to help correct any piece of equipment that is not responding. Nice to be able to take it remote outside to control outdoor system. Well worth the cost.

It's capable of controlling all the smart devices in my house. Turning on a light or adjusting the thermostat is quick and easy. Not to mention all the home theater devices. Using the app on my phone to make changes made it easy and convenient compared with plugging in to my laptop. The phone app also has more options. 2 things knock it down a star for me. 1. Using the app as a remote control blows. It's ugly and cluttered. 2. It would be easier to use the time shifting buttons (ff, rw, play/pause, stop,rec) if they were below the screen.

Although a little spotty sometimes, (maybe because of distance from tv to closet with av equipment) this remote is very handy. I like the fact that I can program the remote and push one button to turn on tv, uverse box, blu-ray player and my receiver.

Very easy to program. I moved all my equipment to a closed closet and put the hub in the closet. The only thing that I had trouble figuring out was that I had to set the TV to be controled by the remote only and not by the hub since the hub can't see the TV. My wife was able to learn how to use it fairly easy as well. i'm just waiting for it to be compatible with Ecobee 3 thermostats.

Bought a home theater system and needed a remote to run everything. Well this bad boy did just that, now i don't have to point at all the equipment to turn it on or change channels. The equipment is in a closet away from the screen, with the RF signal it doesn't matter. Everything runs through the remote.

I have owned a couple of the earlier version harmony remotes. The last one sat mostly unused as I did not really like the layout at all. After getting some new electronics, I once again had too many remotes and decided to take a chance on one of these. The set up was easy and it has just the right buttons, plus control from ipad. I think Logitech finally got it right with this one.

We looked around a lot before purchasing this item, & we fel like we got a good deal. In addition, it is pretty simple to use. The only issue that we have had is that sometimes it requires updates, and then the function is slow for a while.

I recently replaced my universal remote with this one and like the capability of using it in combination with my home internet to control all the electronics capable of receiving the IR, RF, and internet signals. Easy to set up and operate.

The mobile app is good and the setup is easy. Only issue I still have is a buzzing type sound when the backlight comes on. Most people can't hear it but I can. Once you get it configured correctly, it is a must have for any living room.

The best wireless remote I have ever used. Extremely smart, and technologically advanced. The "HELP" button solves all problems that may occur between equipment, and walks you through each piece of component to help resolve issues. Apps are very easy to use, and there is NO NEED for any other remotes. Great design, and rechargeable as well. Price is great, and well worth it!

The Hub and remote system is really easy to set up. Make sure you know the model numbers of all your devices beforehand to make it simple. All my components are now concealed in another room and the TV looks great with no visible wires. Also controls Philips Hue lights and Nest thermostat.
