This is definitely a good upgrade from the Harmony One, but not sure it is worth the price unless you need support for additional hardware/devices. With that said, I did get a $100 credit for my Harmony One, which made this an appealing purchase. Having worked with their remotes in the past, I cannot say it is significantly different or any more challenging to configure. It does have a few challenges but nothing overwhelming. The balance/feel of the device that was mentioned by other users is awkward. But the support for a growing scope of products, outweighs these. Overall, I am very happy with the upgrade, but not worth the price unless you need support for products not covered by your existing remote.

I had no issue setting up this remote with our home theater, especially compared to products I've used in the past. Where this device really wins is in its capability to seamlessly turn our iphones/ipads into remotes. The supplied remote sits on the shelf and is useful to guests, but we all prefer using the app.

I was a little unsure spending so much on a remote but this remote delivers. It has simplified all my home automation into one remote. My wife now just has to hit watch tv and the remote does the rest. She can even turn lights on, adjust the thermostat or lock doors from the couch. Great remote, just pricey.

I have a very complex AV system. I have multiple sources and a Flat Screen plus projector. This remote is very flexible, and easily programed. It does help if you've had a Harmony remote before. Much easier through the web page to program. Allows for many activities and devices. I can easily recommend this remote.

I have the Amazon Echo and purchased the harmony kit to use voice control for my entertainment devices. This controls everything I need and more and works great with the echo. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the remote. I don't like the position of the touch screen in between the buttons. After seeing the other remote that has the touch screen at the top and all the buttons at the bottom, I would have preferred that.

This is my second Harmony remote, got this one for our TV in the family room, have another Harmony in our home theatre and have been very happy with it. This remote can be programmed in so many different ways and with the hub you can have receivers and amps out of view, in another room or inside a closet.

First let me say I love this product but it unfortunately took two weeks to get it setup. The issue turned out to be a bad error handling issue with their mobile software but the support was poor and ultimately I had to figure this out myself. After two weeks of trial and error and even taking the first unit back to the store, I fixed my own issue and let Logitech know how to fix this for other users. Happy now and thank goodness you only do the setup once.

I was hesitant about using this product because I experimented with the first generation logitech remote which was extremely complicated to program. This one, on the other hand was extremely easy, and was happy to see Logitech has come a long way to design a user friendly remote control. It's great!

I love this remote, it is super easy to set up and it works with all of my devices. My only complaint is I wish the home controls (Phillips Hue etc....) were a little bit more programmable i.e. one lighting activity cancelling out another.

This product gives you the freedom to hide not only your wires and unwanted cables but also the ability to hide your devices. Utilize this product to its fullest potential and you will be surprised on how efficient your life will become.

I got this to replace my Harmony 650. I like it because it can control 15 items & you can have it connect to other items like Nest. Make sure you connect the 2 supplied IR blaster or you'll think it doesn't work properly/acts sluggish.

I love this remote; it controls all of the electronics connected to our TV and we only have to push one button to go to the activities that we want. Worth every penny we paid and the geek squad set it up (we aren't real tech-savvy) so it works just the way it should. Couldn't be happier!!

I got this on sale and im glad that i did because i would not pay full price for this. Having said that, i think its a great touchscreen remote with alot of smart home features that make navigating all the apps a breeze. After getting this completely set up it makes turning on everything a complete joy. Logitech did a good job but its hard to justify at msrp because some TVs dont even cost that much.

Harmony remote is representative of new technology at its best: one touch, different screen selections for major networks, etc. Download the Harmony app and enjoy identical Harmony remote control from your iPad. Harmony is a great product and I have always used and recommend logitech products.

I had some troubles setting this up but finally got the hang of it and made some tweaks so it would work the way I wanted it to. We really like this remote and the issues I saw from other reviews are not big issues and once you get the hang of all the extra features you will love this remote.

The Logitech - Harmony Ultimate has effectively replaced a far more expensive Lexicon remote that reached its useful life. The Harmony controls my AV system, Lutron light system and Hunter Douglas shades. The programming is simple and ease of use is spouse-friendly. I highly recommend it.

Great purchase if you desire to control many different devices with one remote. Very high quality with great features & options. Cool design helps make it's appearance sleek as well as functional. Long battery life & the charging station is a great bonus. Overall a great device!

The app makes everything very easy to set up with all devices. It will walk you through testing steps that do not work. One downfall is if multiple devices are using one input (we have our cable box running through the Xbox one), commands Watch TV and Play Xbox won't both work.

Being able to use the iPhone to control all these devices is awesome. I wish it would control more than just one room worth of devices, but it is nevertheless really great.

Sometimes the tv does not turn off when you press the odd button... Can't figure out why. But clicking fix it does the trick.. Simple to use... Greek squad set it up.
