Sometimes the tv does not turn off when you press the odd button... Can't figure out why. But clicking fix it does the trick.. Simple to use... Greek squad set it up.

At first was not sold but after a couple weeks I now understand how it functions. This remote learns and has figured issues out , plus the help button fix' all issues

Its tough to get this control to work like you want it to. You really have to research and test out all the settings to make sure it works and it takes a long time. After you get it as perfect as you can... you'll be extremely happy. No more multiple remotes. A huge plus.

This remote is amazing. Easy to setup and use. I have integrated this with my insteon automated system and I can control my lights with the remote. I can even program for "all off" and my tv and lights all turn off. I will be hooking this up to my amazon echo soon!!!!

This is a good product and it does exactly what I needed it to do - go to 1 remote control instead of 8. Would have given it 5 stars if it was a little more intuitive.

This is a nice concept, but the touch screen is not worth the extra $200. Is not as responsive and the characters are small so it requires extra attention to click the activity you want. The biggest disadvantage (if you use the Home Automation) is that if you create a lot of activities, you end up with a never ending list of things you don't need, because they are automated by the activity itself.I own both the Harmony Home and Ultimate and I am much happier with the non-touch screen remote.

Easy to setup and install (but I'm an installer and we'll sort of "techie"). Great full featured remote and a reasonable price. Controls anything IR based for remote operation. One touch operation with a color LCD touch screen which can be customized with a little work.

Overall the remote is good. There are a couple quirks and have just accepted to deal with it. Does not play too well with the Sony PS4 and Soundgraph iMon Remote. Keeps disconnecting from the PS4. The imon tuirns the unit on and off without issues and thats about it, still use the iMon remote for the activities. Did try methods from Logitech support and forums with no success. Do like the ability to control it on the phone through the cloud and it does more than just media.

All things considered this is the best universal remote I've owned. With a modest knowledge of user interface programming, it's pretty easy to set up on your own.

I upgraded from the excellent harmony one. This model is leaps and bounds better than its predecessor. The hub adds the great benefit of being able to use your phone as a remote as well. Overall great remote.

I finally have one remote to work all my devices moved into new home wanted to keep just the TV on the wall and make it look clean this is the way to keep all my equipment in the closet behind the wall out of sight have had no problems everything works great.

I have had too many harmony remotes to count and they have all been excellent. This remote is equally as excellent except for the setup. As other reviewers have stated, the setup is geared towards configuring via an Android or iOS device, when really for complex configuration you need to install the desktop software. I figured that would be the case but tried the "lite" version of the setup first just to see how it worked. It was not adequate for my setup and I had to install the desktop software. Aside from that, it is an excellent remote and can truly integrated all your remotes.

I had no trouble with anything except for the fact that my SC-87 was not in the database. I recently looked and Simone mentioned it in the Logitech forums and they quickly added it. Great customer service from Logitech. It runs my TV, projector, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, cable box, nest thermostat, and I'm looking to get the Philips Hue system because it will control those too. It is so great and I find myself using the iPhone app more often the remote. 4 stars only because it didnt have my receiver in the database when I bought it and it was quite a struggle to configure it myself.

This remote is AWESOME. It will control anything with a remote. Now, I have been told it is a pain to set up if you have never had one before. I had a Harmony 900 before this remote and after several years or service, it died. So, all my programing I did a while ago was still on my computer, hence it was almost plug and play for me. Just had to change some menus to how I wanted them. Pros: -Touch screen that locks after idle for a few -Vibrates when the screen is touched -Controls anything with a remote -Holds a long charge so does not need to be on dock regularly -Has a unit that can make it so you can control things in cabinets Cons -Pricy -Have been told hard to set up if not a technology oriented

I have been a long time Harmony user and finally decided to upgrade mostly so I could have better control of my PS4 for Blu-Ray playback. The layout of the buttons is very different than the older remotes and some of the common buttons are in non-optimal places (e.g. the Play button is on the top of the remote and it's hard to reach). The PS4 support is flaky in that sometimes I need to repair the remote to the PS4. Other than that, it's a nice, wellmade remote.

This is my second one of these remotes and that should tell you all you need to know! Keep all components hidden and dispose of all other remotes! Word to the wise: Spend the time needed during set up and enjoy trouble free use from that day forward!

The harmony remote is without a doubt the best remote I have ever used. It was very east to set up and it controls all of my devices: TV, DVR, AV Receiver, PS3, AppleTV, Kindle Fire Stick, and my Roku. That is only half of the devices that it can handle.

After battling multiple remotes for quite some time, this was explained to me as the solution I was looking for. To be able to control multiple applications from one remote and in an extremely simple form (think 2-3 clicks max), this is the one.

This remote has made the house quit fighting over the remote. My dad gets to use the remote. I put the harmony app on my Mom's phone and my phone for when i visit. So know the remote just lives at my Dad's chair and never gets lost. Its great.

I have used harmony remotes for at least 10 years and the Ultimate home works great after programmed, however, it was a royal pain to program.
