I've had many different Logitech remotes and this one is very intuitive to use. I have not gone through all the features yet such as using it with home automation, but I'm sure it will be easy to setup with the many wizards available.

I enjoy programming remotes and I love how I don't always have to use the remote because I can use my harmony app on my smartphone!

So let's get this out of the way, it's not the Harmony One. No hard number buttons, the positioning of the FF and RW buttons, we will miss those and the thing just worked. That being said the longer I live with this thing, the more I am getting used to it. Although the play, FF, and RW buttons are in weird spot, the remote is well balanced when you use them, so I'm okay with it, hard numbers would be nice though. One feature I do like is the favorites buttons they make available. You can basically add your cable guide to the touch screen of the remote which is cool. The one downside I have found is this: I have two TV watching settings, one without Surround and one with Surround. For some reason the favorites are only associated with the first instance of TV without surround. If I am watching TV using my A/V receiver and hit one of the favorites, it shuts off my receiver and reverts to just watching using the TV speakers.
The other thing that is annoying is that the Hub will need to be reset almost randomly. So you will be in the middle of viewing, the hub light will turn red and you will reset it. Then the hub thinks your TV is off so you have to go through resyncing your TV toggle with what the remote thinks reality is.
The one thing I will say is that when it works it's pretty good. The other thing is that it is a software product and they seem to be making improvements with each firmware release so it should only get better from here.
I would recommend with caveats.

Good:
The ease of programming the remote.
The feel of the remote in your hand.
The Bad:
THE BATTERY!! I have never had a remote that goes dead in 24hours of minimal/non-use. If you start using it in the early morning, you will need to charge it before the next day of viewing!
The ease of accidental touching changing any option you have chosen. It is one of the most "sensitive" and responsive remotes I have used. Normally that is a good thing, however I didn't want my leg that I rest the remote on, nor any errant piece of my body to send me down a rabbit-hole of options that I have to spend time sorting through to get back to what I was using!

Very happy with the remote. Replaced my 900 that served me well for many years. This is smaller with a lot less buttons. Took a bit to get used to not having button but worth it. Friends come over and are not intiminated by it.

As the name says, one universal remote to operate. I have cable, Blu Ray and iPad that are connected through this remote. Switching between these are seamless. One advice I got from geek squad is not to over charge the remote.

What they really don't make obvious is that this is a wireless remote, not an IR remote. Meaning you don’t have to aim this thing and it makes all the difference in the world. Buy it and don’t look back. It just works that well.

It works most of the time but sometimes needs the help feature to get everything to work. Still better than having 4-remotes.

Love my Logitech remotes. This is my third one, and only because I need to have the newest model. All my remotes work great, handle all my devices, and now with the new software work perfectly and can be setup just as easy.

Easy to install if you have relatively new items, can be a struggle with older models. If you have bought previous Logitech stuff.

I can finally put my 7 other remotes away and use just one remote. This runs everything in my entertainment system including ps3, xbox one, motorola dvr, panasonic tv, fire stick, apple tv, denon av rec. Worth the money.

Finally, a remote that handles all of my components and accessories. No more clutter on my arm chair table. This remote handles it all with one push of the button Tremendous improvement over past models of the Harmony remote

I have used many Harmony remotes in the past, and this one tops them all. It's along the same lines as their previous foray into "hub remotes", but a much better implementation. With apps for pretty much every platform, you can use your portable devices as remote controls. The included remote uses RF signals so that you don't have to angle it just right to bounce around that cat that just...won't...move. The hub device seems to broadcast a stronger IR signal as well, so my devices get their instructions right.

I have had universal remotes before but this one truly lives up to what it says it will do. Very easy to move from component to component and is even strong enough to control things is a closed cabinet.Very good remote

Takes some time to set up how you want the remote to work but it's great to be able to just hit 'watch tv' or 'play playstation' and watch whatever is on turn off, my receiver switch input, and the new device turn on.

I have owned Harmony remotes (900, Ultimate) for the past 6 yrs and am a huge fan. Controls pretty much anything you throw at it. PS3, Roku, Nest, Hue etc. I got the Ultimate for my living room of 3 yrs ago and my whole family loved it. Although initially my wife couldnt get the idea of buying a $300 remote when you get universal remotes for $10. My then 2 yr old was able to switch sources, turn on TV and select pbs kids channel with ease without having to juggle between 3 remotes. The price of Ultimate home dropped right in time when I was building my home theater and had no hesitation grabbing it. Moreover I prefer the shape of Ultimate over the Elite. I dont see a huge difference between the Ultimate and Ultimate Home (other than the firmware). The Ultimate Home is noticeably slower than the Ultimate (Doesnt bother me but might some). Only issue I had with the Ultimate was that the pairing with PS3 fails quite often. Not sure if it is an issue with PS3 or the remote. The silverlight based web interface to setup the remote is a pain. I still do that cos I hate to do it in smartphone.
