Customers are saying

Customers love the ease of use, lightweight design, and high quality of the K380 TKL Bluetooth keyboard. Many appreciate its compact size, compatibility with multiple devices, and long battery life. Positive feedback also highlights the attractive color options and sleek design. While some minor issues with key feel and the lack of a caps lock indicator were noted, these were less frequent concerns.

    No Delete Forward

An otherwise fine keyboard has two major design flaws: Will not delete forward (to the right of the cursor) using the standard Macintosh key combination (fn + delete), and does not indicate that the caps lock is on. Delete forward can be done with a different key combination. Bringing the first problem to the attention of their tech support, they sent me down a couple of different rabbit holes that did nothing but waste my time. There are numerous references to this problem on the Internet, and Logitech seems to be doing nothing about it.

Hello Drifts, Very sorry to hear about the apparent design flaws you experienced with the K380. If you use Logitech's Options software, you'll get an on-screen notification when CAPS LOCK is enabled. Options also allows you to customize buttons to your liking. Here's a link to the download:  https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025297893. Hope that you found this helpful and that all is going better. Thank you for being a Logitech customer. - Richard from Logitech

No Caps Lock indicator light is a big problem

Overall the keyboard works fine. It's a bit smaller than I would like. My biggest gripe is that the Caps Lock button does not have an indicator light, which means there is no way to tell whether you are going to type upper or lower case. This can be esp. frustrating when typing in a password, where the password does not show in characters. I would return it if it weren't past the return date.

Hello, UriGuy! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the K380 keyboard. I would recommend downloading a Caps Lock indicator app on your Mac. This way you can get on screen pop ups when your caps button is on. Thank you so much for the feedback on the Caps Lock indicator! I will be passing this along. - Maggie from Logitech
