I was excited to get a mac-compatible numeric keyboard for a good price, but it was very inconsistent. I experienced extreme lags from time-to-time when typing. I loved it when it worked, but it wasn't consistent.

The employee who recommended these products to me assured me they were the best Mac-compatible Logitech keyboard and mouse on the market, trusting the worker I bought the K750 and M330 only to find out they are nothing but useless pieces of plastic. Just like Corsair, only crappier; Logitech forces you to use multiple forms of software to gain control, customization, and compatibility but the saddest part of it... is that it doesn't matter. The products were defective garbage, the K750 rarely connected properly, ALWAYS experiencing massive amounts of delay and lag, making it more useless than the stock Mac keyboard. The M330 was a comfortable, silent, and very portable mouse, but ultimately suffers the same fate as the K750, useless junk. Same problems, also coincidentally at the same time. There's nothing more annoying than going to the store to find a cheap but well functioning keyboard and mouse compatible with Mac, only to have some greedy BestBuy employee rip me off for some pieces of junk so he could gain a few extra bucks of commission. I was super dissatisfied with my purchase and returned them to the store some week or so later, I hope nobody else buys these products, and really overall I think BestBuy needs to reteach their employees some basic technology and maybe just a sliver of compassion so they're not running around having people buy garbage. I will probably not shop at BestBuy ever again or for a very long time.

Hi DyliusAurelius, So sorry to hear about your experience with the K750 Wireless Solar Keyboard for Mac as well as the M330. Connection issues are caused by varying factors and reasons:
      - Low battery levels
      - Moving the USB receiver from one USB port to another
      - Plugging the USB receiver into a USB hub or other unsupported device such as a KVM switch (NOTE: Your USB receiver must be plugged directly into your computer.)
      - Using your wireless keyboard on a metal surfaces
      - Radio frequency (RF) interference from other wireless devices, such as wireless speakers, comptuer power supplies, monitors, cell phones, garage door openers.

If your keyboard frequently stops working and you keep having to reconnect it with the USB receiver, try keeping other electrical devices at leas 8 inches (20 cm) away from the USB receiver. Move the keyboard closer to the USB receiver. Also, move the receiver to a different USB port on your computer.

In regards to the "multiple forms of software", Logitech doesn't force you to use them---it's entirely voluntary and your choice to use them or not. They are for support and help.

Also, to clarify, Best Buy employees don't work on commission with the exception of Magnolia associates and they only get commissions based on sales of Home Theater products. The associates train monthly on products and Logitech's K750 Solar Keyboard for Mac has, by and large, performed well all across the board getting mostly rave reviews: 4.2 on Amazon and 4.6 on BestBuy.com. Logitech believes so much in the quality of their products that they have a 3-year limited hardware warranty for the K750.

We appreciate you giving Logitech a try and hope to earn your business back in the future. Thank you for the feedback. Best Regards, Richard from Logitech

Would have liked the keys to be backlit. Key travel feels a bit too mushy. Overall a decent keyboard. Just being picky.

This product is terrible. I have a large window providing direct sunlight and the keyboard is far more glitchy than most bluetooth keyboards. Not worth it. Buy a regular bluetooth keyboard and just deal with changing the batteries often.

like this keyboard better than the original apple one, but i got it thinking it had a battery, but no it actually runs off solar power, and in my office there isnt much of that, so its always telling me its "low". other than that i love it!

Strong wireless signal and solar aspect of the keyboard works great. The keys themselves are not raised high enough for my liking. It's more like an Apple keyboard type feel, which I usually don't care to use.

This keyboard is fantastic but you need a lot of light for the solar panels to work the best.. working in IT we sometimes are vampires and turn off the office light and that can drain the battery quick..

None Of The Function Keys Work

I purchased this because my Apple wireless keyboard failed. This one was half the price, so even though it is twice the size it seemed like a no-brainer. The numbers and letters work, but that's it. As per my usual, it takes me way too long to find things unacceptable, and now I am out of the return period. I'll work around the non-functioning keys and get an Apple keyboard when this one craps out, which I anticipate won't be too far in the future.

Hello, I am sorry if there was any confusion regarding this product. The reason the function keys do not work is because you purchased the Windows version of this keyboard and are using it on Mac OS. We do make a Mac version of this keyboard that will work better for you. I hope this helps! Thank you for taking the time to write this review, we appreciate the feedback.

Interesting concept but I was afraid I was going to Lose the USB chip, which I believe that would make the keyboard somewhat useless!

generally works ok, but occasionally the keyboard won't transmit keystrokes to the computer.. This only lasts for a minute or two, and I use the computer keyboard during that time.

This keyboard's solar unit is ineffective, i had to position a led lamp right on the solar panels to get a charge. Completely impractical and unreliable power supply.

Logitech K750 Solar Keyboard for Macs, are junk!

Warning! These solar powered keyboards for Macs, (Logitech K750), are crap, right out of the box! Couple days after I bought the first K750 keyboard, the left shift key, control and option buttons stopped working. Then the keyboard went nuts, when you typed in a Capitol. So, I took it back to Best Buy and traded it for a new K750 keyboard, same model, in box. When I got that new keyboard home, it wouldn't turn on and stay on! Type a couple letters and nothing! Have to turn power switch off, then on again, then type a couple more letters, turn power switch off and on again. That gets OLD...real fast! Once again, the left side shift, control and options keys didn't work, this right out of the box, new! I took it back to Best Buy and swapped it in for a Mac Apple Magic keyboard that is USB powered. Works fine! Sometimes, just spending the extra bucks to buy peripherals made by Apple or Mac, for your Apple/Mac CPU, saves you a lot of runs to the store returning new crap in the box, made by other companies, for Macs. Also saves wasted gas, time and stress!

Hi OldComputerNerd, I'm sorry that you experienced problems with 2 different K750 keyboards. I apologize that they seemed to have similar issues with the buttons not working. As for it seemingly disconnecting, I hope you were able to check the solar level that it wasn't low and needing to charge. I'm happy you were able to take them back to Best Buy and exchange them for a product that is working perfectly for you. Thank you for taking the time to write this review and for being a Logitech customer. Kristi from Logitech

The keyboard is good but did not serve my needs. The size is way too small for my needs. The solar panel on top is very helpful and saves some battery power.
