I have owned the Apple keyboard and now own this keyboard. The solar charger is great because I not longer have to change batteries. The layout matched the standard Mac keyboard and it includes a number pad which the Apple wireless keyboard does not. Only downside is that the keyboard uses a USB receiver to connect rather than the Apple keyboard's bluetooth.

I'd give this six stars if I could. It feels and looks like a Mac keyboard, but not only is it Bluetooth, flat, key touch is almost exact to a Mac keyboard... it is SOLAR powered... and NO you do not need to leave it in the direct sunlight. My keyboard sits on my desk all day and night in a normally lit living room. It is ALWAYS charged up. There is also an ON/OFF switch so you can reserve the power stored until you use it again. One more nice thing is the power level button... you push this little button next to the power switch and there's a red light with a :( face or a green light with a :) face to let you know how much charge it has stored. Definitely buy this... I also really like having the numbers on the right... I can type so much faster into a calculator or anything else that is mostly numeric instead "hunting" at the top of the keyboard for your numbers (and I even took typing class a million years ago... lol).

It's great not dealing with wires for the keyboard and mouse. When using at work, it's so easy to hand the keyboard to someone you're talking to and not switching seats.

Great Keyboard! Very silent and no hassle of changing batteries all. Backlights would have been an added bonus but I guess that was a design choice to make it consume less power. Overall it is a very good buy if you are looking for one, will definitely not disappoint you.

Gave it a try and it works better than I expected. My wife uses it the most and she’s not bashful at all. Haven’t heard a word from her so it must be great.

I use this on my desk with my MacBook Pro. I fell in love withe the Windows version (I have several) and was excited to find it in the Mac configuration for my new work machine. Not much to say other than it is great. The solar feature works great, even with indoor/poor lighting. I never even think about it. I leave the keyboard on all the time and it connects flawlessly and immediately when my laptop is in range. One less cord to plug into (already have monitor and power to plug in at the desk. The buttons feel similar to a laptop but are full desktop size. The are not as metal/sleek as the Mac keyboards, but I actually prefer this one.

I bought this wireless keyboard to use with my laptop which is connected to my living room flat screen TV. Very happy with the function of it and have had no problems so far.

This is my absolute favorite keyboard. I have one at home and in the office. I always leave it on and they never die. I have had the one at home for 3 years

I bought the Windows version for work and ended up really liking it...so I bought the mac version for home. I've had the Windows version for close to a year with no problems, always has close to full power even in low light.

Love wireless keyboard. The one that came with the Mac was a little small for me so I bought this. It's perfect and the size means I am not messing up my typing..as much.

The old Apple keyboard that I bought several years ago died. In looking for a replacement, I was shown this one by Logitech that was designed specifically to work with Mac computers. It was about 20% less than buying one from Apple. I was comfortable with it as soon as I started using it. I recommend it.

First time I bought this keyboard last year and it's still in use. I needed another one for my docking station and had no doubt about which keyboard to chose. Great product!

The Logitech keyboard is very comfortable to use and sleek looking. Love the wireless aspect. The only negative is that you can't tell when the caps lock is on - no indicator.

I hooked this wifi based keyboard into laptop that I have attached to a display. It works well, good travel and great battery life due to it recharging for ambient light.

This keyboard is very solidly built. It's a tad bit heavier than other wireless keyboards I've owned but it's the quality that makes it heavier. Definitely a great keyboard.

Quality keyboard, one of the best and smartest on the market. I wish this model had bluetooth, as it requires the dongle. I love the fact I don't have wires and no need to plug it in. I have the PC version too and that works just as well. There isn't much on the market for solar and a bluetooth model unless you want to pay $$$$

Keyboard is really good, comparable to the Mac one but less expensive. If you have good lighting, it will always be charged. If the lighting is poor in the room you are using it, you can put it in a Sunny window. It charges immediately. I used it with my Mac laptop and it was easy to connect to my laptop.

Everyone in my office (including the picky IT department) loves this keyboard so much we all bought it for ourselves. The keys are easy for long typing sessions, the board itself has a slim profile, and the battery doesn't run out thanks to the solar panels. I suggest turning it off when not in use to save charge but even when I forget I haven't had issues.

This is hands down the best keyboard ever made. The keys are super quiet, even for the loudest typer. The solar works with both artificial and natural light too. Best of all, it’s so flat that it feels like you’re typing on your desk and not a keyboard. No wrist guard needed! So amazing I have one at the office and at home.

This keyboard is light, easy to use, and has all the functions needed. It was purchased for a person who has Parkinson’s and was having problems with his old keyboard. The size of the keys a well as their sensitivity has been perfect for him. An added element is its solar feature. Definitely would recommend this keyboard for everyone
