This is a great keyboard, very quiet and love the backlit keyboard. The battery life is great as it holds a charge for almost two weeks and I use it everyday.

Have not needed to charge this yet after a couple weeks of medium to heavy use plus has not disconnected once with it being about 7 ft away from the dongle

Very comforable, firm key stroke. Good default hot keys. Back lighting feature is excellent. The first one I bought has the index nubs on the J and F keys worn off after a couple of years. Causes some inconvenience while in a hurry at work. Smooth, fast feel, fast action. Pretty quiet.
Battery charge on the older one lasts about a week. Can be used while charging.

I purchased this keyboard mostly because my old Logitech keys were sticking and not easy type with. I wanted a keyboard with more flush keys that weren't big and bulky. The fact that it lights up is a huge bonus and it also doesn't require batteries being changed! The keys are very easy to press and very responsive. The letters light up right when your fingers get near and the keyboard recharges itself with the supplied USB cord. Also has an on/off switch to conserved power and and in my case, keep my 20 month old from whacking all the keys.

This was the only back lit keyboard that my Best Buy store carried, and I can see why...it's the best! It is soft to the touch, easy to use, the back light makes it easy to see when I'm typing in less than optimal conditions, and I just love it! Great purchase!

Works just fine. Replaces an old OEM keyboard from Dell. Love the fact it's backlit. Has proximity sensor so battery does not run down & brightness can be adjusted by toggle keys. Rechargeable via USB-Mini. A bit pricey, but real joy to work with. Recommended.

This is without a doubt, my favorite keyboard. I love the chicklet flat keys, needing very little distance/movement and very little pressure to send the letter to the screen. I have replaced all my keyboards in my house (down and upstairs PCs) and my office with this keyboard.
I recommend this keyboard to everyone that asks. The keys light up and I have very little fading after I guess 8 years after purchasing my first K800.
Note - when the rechargeable batteries die (takes years) - two normal AA batteries work - just unscrew the door plate, pull the rechargeable out, and pop in some coppertops. Just don't charge it! I guess you could replace with other rechargeable, but I can't be bothered, I've had the same coppertops in this keyboard for 2 years now!

I love this keyboard. I like the fact that it lights up and the keys are so smooth. My other keyboard was so hard to press the keys. This keyboard won't tire out your wrist or hands.

This keyboard was a great buy. It was easy to setup, plug, play and go. It has adaptive lighting so it doesn't stay on all the time when you use it in the dark (unless you want it to). It has great battery life (I think tbe battery is built in) and it charges by usb port but I have had my keyboard about a month and I haven't had to charge it yet.
The only thing I have noticed is that the lighting responsiveness is not as quick it seems when I first got the keyboard, but it could just need recharging :)

The keys light up for those with vision problems - are easy to use because of their design and help you find the home keys.
