However, I just received a response from Logitech's Technical Department regarding my issue with the Circle Webpage. They state that the website is currently in BETA, and they are still testing it and errors may occur. They are still not officially supporting the website yet and do not know when they will be. Guess what make of security camera is being returned to Best Buy " as not fit for purpose"?

Stopped Working - Lack of support

The app kept saying something was down, to check my internet connection. The internet connection was fine. I looked online for support and could not find an answer to my problem. I couldn't find a number to call and the website wanted me to create an account, in addition to the one I had already created for the app. I tried for to find a solution or a phone number for about 30 mins and took it back.

If you plan on using this camera to monitor a location while you go away for a few days you can forget it.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the Logi CIRCLE camera. To understand the delay, you need to know, that the camera sends its images up to the cloud and from there to your phone. The delay after which you see the feed on your phone depends on the speed of your internet. For higher speed you can lower the resolution of the camera in the settings.
Also if you want to monitor a room for days, please place the camera on its charging ring. The camera stops charging once the battery is full, so you don't need to worry that the battery life will be impaired if the camera remains on the charging ring for a long time.
The camera has a battery to allow you the freedom to use it anywhere in your home. There's also a battery-saving mode during which no recordings are made unless you stream. Once you leave home, you best put it back on it's security-cam-position on the charging ring.

Worked for a while

My laptop and phone were connected to the Internet. Tried to restart the camera per instructions and still wouldn't work. Now it's a paper weight.
