I have used several versions of the Logitech M series mice and they are all nice. I bought this one for my wife and I have to say I'm seriously tempted to buy myself one also. It's smooth and it really is silent. The mouse is smaller but not so small that it's a problem. The feel of the buttons is very pleasing compared to the usual hard loud click.

Quieter than I ever thought it could be. Very accurately responsive. It's made playing games a lot easier and multitasking a lot faster. The usb port for it is super small and sleek, and the little compartment for it in the mouse is extremely helpful when traveling. I actually purchased this while I was petsitting and went back and forth between my house and their house, and I never once lost the usb for it. Knew exactly where it was every time. Peace of mind with this product, and peace of ears as well. My girlfriend loves it. No more annoying clicking when shes trying to sleep!

The mouse click is definitely quiet. It is the perfect size for anyone. It doesn't feel like a toy. The mouse definitely has a bit of weight to it but that isn't noticeable. I do recommend having extra AA batteries which is awesome since I personally am DONE with bluetooth connectivity. Would definitely want to have options for my left handed friends.
