    This product was purchased as a gift for my mother, who can not seem to get on with the touch pad on a laptop. It is very easy to instal and instruct a parent who is not that tech savvy on its operation, great product :-)

    Instructions for the most part are easy to follow. It is easy to insert the battery and chip. Zooming in and out is easier than older models. hand strap was a little difficult to insert. Overall it is easy to use.
