This wired laser mouse is ultrafast in several ways. I was concerned that a wired mouse might be less responsive than a handsfree one, but this proved to be much better. It is extremely comfortable and ergonomic in the hand, leading to hours of unfatigued precision play.

I am using this on a Linux machine. The mouse worked upon plug-in, no setup necessary. Scrolling is precise and smooth. The ability to move forward and back through web pages is very handy. Also, being wired means no batteries to mess with, just plug in and use. Nice cable length, too. Everything works as per the product overview. A fine Logitech product.

This mouse is very comfortable in my hand. It has the usual left and right buttons plus 2 programmable thumb buttons. That's the perfect number for me. Some specialty mice have two many buttons to keep track of ( for me ) and would be cumbersome and confusing. Another nice feature is a switch for the scroll wheel to go from controlled to free-wheeling. This comes in handy. So far the performance is smooth, no problems.

I don't why I waited again to buy a mouse instead of using the computer supplied mouse. The shape and feel of this is so much better. The wheel toggle is nice but being used to a detent without it on went screaming thru multi page documents. I wish TAB was a programmable button. This mouse doesn't seem to be user programmable but many don't seem to be anymore. Oh I don't like wireless mice.

Replaced previous purchase of same.model from several years ago. Company policy dictates wired computer components, so was pleased Best Buy continues to offer this model!

Like it very much. I plugged it in on left side with cord snaking around back of laptop. Cord not in my since it comes out of front of mouse. Tracks well. My smallish hands are 7” long, 3” wide at base of fingers, 4” wide at base of palm. Mouse is comfortable for me. Glad to be free of need for batteries. Started using today and no issues yet. Picked up at local Best Buy.

Effective and easy to install. Also, fits a large hand well.

This Logitech M500s Advanced Wired Optical Mouse was a great purchase at a great price. It performs with much more precision than a wireless mouse, which is what I needed for the work that I do with it. Also, it is very comfortable for my hand.

My wife needed a new mouse for her school laptop. She prefers wired. Nice product, good price, happy wife...

Unfortunately I am technically challenged - this mouse had too much on it so I returned it and bought one that fit my capabilities.... Unfortunately also I waited 17 days before I returned it and they would not give me my money back. They have a 14 day return policy. They did give me a store credit for the $32+ charge but at this time I do not need anything else. I am 82 if that is a good excuse... To me it is!

Honestly I only buy this mouse. I've used these many times and it is the most comfortable mouse. They better keep making this model.

This has been my go-to mouse for nearly 20 years. I like to buy several at a time. The left button doesn't stay "clicked" after about 2-3 years of use, and when that happens I drop it off at bestbuy geek squad recycling and move on to the next on my shelf. Its form factor and ease of use is the best I've found.

The cord was too long, but beneficial if you have a really big desk I just have a small desk but it’s a good clicker but whatever little thing that’s right there on the side it’s a pain in the as if you rest your thumb so other than that, it’s pretty good

Good ergonomics and more comfortable to use than previous one.

I got this for my work computer, which only accepts USB-A mice. It's comfortable, accurate, and satisfying -- probably the best wired mouse I've used.

This mouse is bigger than I expected but fits my hand nicely. If you have small hands, it may be too big for you. It has a fast scroll wheel which makes it nice to get through large documents. I don't use the tilt wheel function much, but it's a nice bonus!

Great mouse, I just bought it to replace another model I picked up as my PC has been having issues with the wireless connectivity to my old mouse, which had weird skipping on screen I could not diagnose. Switched to wired and the problem went away.

Installed easily. Side buttons are easy to use. I have large hands and the mouse is acomfortable size to use.

Fantastic mouse. Have been using Apple mice for years and needing something ergonomic. Only downfall is that the wheel is so fast you need to be sure to configure it correctly.
