I have been using this Logitech trackball mouse for a couple of years now and absolutely love it! I love just rolling the ball around with my thumb instead of having to move the entire mouse everywhere. It’s very accurate and comfortable. This is actually my second one I bought because my dog somehow chewed the ball out of my first mouse and scratched it up so it no longer rolled smoothly. I had to replace it right away because I didn’t want to go back to using a standard mouse. The newer version of this mouse looks even better, but it’s priced too high in my opinion so I will still with the M570 model until the new version comes down in price. I recommend trying this mouse. You will love it!

I have used versions of this trackball for years. The ergo design keeps carpal tunnel at bay. It has the typical ability to customize buttons, scroll lengths, etc. No cords and no picking up a mouse to move it when you can't get to the edge of the screen.

This is my third Logitech trackball mouse (second wireless). Allows you to use in small space and helps prevent wrist problems. Been using my current wireless trackball for several years and keeping latest as a spare and for use with my laptop.

I bought this for my employer who has cerebral palsy. He is able to use this mouse without issues and he loves it! He loves that the ball is at his thumb instead of in the middle of the mouse. It makes it much easier to handle.

First time using a track ball mouse. Still getting used to it but works well. Better to have large hands for ease of operation. Like that it doesn't have to be moved in a confined area.

All of us who use a trackball know they are better than mice, especially for preventing carpal-tunnel syndrome. I've used Logitech marble trackballs for awhile now, and this one has finer blotches to allow even more precise pointing. My previous trackballs were USB, and I'm pleased this bluetooth device seems to work pretty seamlessly even though a cord poses no problem for a trackball. Sometimes I need to click more than once to activate a button on my screen, but I'm not sure if the reason is a bluetooth communications problem or too soft a touch on my part. The reason I bought a replacement for my USB trackball is that the ball seemed to stick a bit while rolling (in spite of washing and even rubbing it along my nose for a little lubrication). I'm not sure the cause of the sticking, but I hope for many stick-free years from this trackball.

Protects hand, sips battery slowly. Good for business or gaming. Takes about ten hours to get used to give or take if you haven’t used a trackball before. Shuts off when not in use. Worth the price (35$ at time of writing).

I’ve used this trackball for roughly seven years and I don’t think I’d ever consider another mouse at this point. There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to using your thumb for all your cursor movements but once you get the hang of it it’s a breeze. Not having to move my mouse around a desk has allowed me to be move productive and adapt to new workspaces with ease. The USB dongle fits into the bottom of the trackball which makes it super portable too. This purchase was just to have a second one so I have one at my office and one to work from home. The original I purchased in 2013 is still going strong! Just make sure you pop the ball out and clean the inside every few weeks and it’ll last ages!

I love this mouse! I actually have two! It is very easy to use. Thumb does scrolling! I like that this version is wireless! The older version typically had the red tracking ball and was wired. Works like a champ! Easy to use!
