You do have a 3 year limited warranty that comes with the purchases of your mouse in case you want to file a claim since the bottom is becoming worn.     Picked this up on sale at the store. Decent mouse for the price; using it on a Macbook Air. Works smooth enough; minus one star because the scroll mouse can be a little jerky.
