I had lots of issues with this mouse. It would only track consistently for a little while after turning it off and resetting it by pulling the battery. The latest Logitech Setpoint software was installed and the machine it was connected to had been rebooted several times. I ended up returning it because it just wasn't worth the hassle.

The first logitech mouse worked fine for 6 months and then slowed down. Finagling didn't help, nor did new batteries accomplish anything. So I bought another one ... and this one did work at all. Thanks to Best Buy I got my money back and am back to using a wired mouse.

Doesn’t work as well as past Logitech mice and I have used many, many over the past decade or so. It’s very jumpy and connection to the USB dongle seems awfully week is constantly interrupted much more than other logitech mice that I’ve used.

The connection between the mouse and Unifying USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your mouse and is turned on. Make sure the Unifying USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on. Finally, download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint mouse and keyboard software. If you need further assistance, please contact Logitech support on the website.

Ok, what can you really say about a mouse...it does what it is supposed to do and it "feels" good on my hand. I just need to get a new mousepad with a wrist rest.

I used the Logitech mouse before and enjoyed it without problems so I bought this one. Nice feel and function in my hand. Would certainly recommend this mouse.
