I like I can just plug the USB into my tower. I like that I can turn it off at the end of the day and turn it back on when it needs to be used.

They are workhorses for everyday use and last well over a year of heavy, daily use. I like the precision- the cursor goes right where you want it to and lets you have fine control for editing documents and graphics across multiple displays. I tried a different brand briefly and ended up throwing it away due to lack of precision.

I selected this basic mouse as it had all I needed and it was inexpensive. As a bonus, Best Buy also had it on sale! Easy set up (of course) ... Pop in a battery and plug the receiver/transmitter into a USB port. The computer will set it up automatically and you'll be up and running in no time.
