I needed a new mouse for my computer. This computer mouse is easy to carry and has great battery life.

Mice wear out, even Logitech ones. My son's corded mouse on his graphics workstation has become flakey, so we bought this Logitech wireless. It is a known good item as we have had many of them over the years. They last a good long time and work without complaint.

All I wanted was a basic easy to use wireless mouse for my new Windows 8 laptop. This one was on sale and I was hoping it would function well. I couldn't be happier with it. So far the battery (1 AA) is still going strong and I seem to be able to access most functions needed on Windows 8. Until I feel the need to lay out big money on one of those new do-it-all Windows 8 models I've seen, this simple Logitech mouse will do fine. I may never replace it.
Exemplary balance of cost, comfort, and performanc

I purchased this mouse because I wanted something affordable (in case I lost it) that i could run to my meetings with. Using a trackpad for the work I do just doesn’t cut it sometimes, so I needed something I could take with from my desk. This mouse is the Goldilocks of devices, not too small for my hand, and not too big either. It fits just right. The texture feels nifty as well.
Now when it comes to what I don’t like- I wonder what I will ever do if I lose the Bluetooth dongle it pairs to, the mouse doesn’t have a sync button, so I don’t know if this is replaceable.

I have 2 of these mice, and they work good. However, I have issues using it on my MacBook M1. Because there are no USB ports, I have to use adapters, and there seems to be some interference from something making the Bluetooth mouse jittery and not move at times. By itself, the mouse is great, just be wary of using it with new MacBooks.
