Worst "upgrade" in history

This product did not work right out of the box. I am getting no power. I tried all the USB ports. Even verified they worked by plugging in different things. Having the power play 1 myself, I could immediately feel this one was more cheaply made. It only comes with one surface and the way it attaches is not secure like the 1. They really managed to make the product worse. Now I gifted a pad that doesn't work and threw out the packaging. I have to see if they'll take it back at the store. Can't really recommend this

The indicator light on the pad wasn't switching on. I tried replacing it and getting another one but I faced the same problem. My experience with Logitech products have been great before I tried this one.

No longer working, Logitech will not warranty

I contacted Logitech Support, and they made me jump through every hoop until I hit a roadblock. They wanted a video of the mouse pad not charging; however the support website will not allow video uploads and therefore they couldn't proceed with the warranty. They automatically closed my ticket and said they are still waiting on a video.

A very simple charging pad.

I've heard from others saying this item sucks and lacks features compared to the first generation, they are correct on that. My mouse starts charging around 80%-90%, never charges near 100%.

Downgrade from Gen 1

Customer support on the product was horrible and they didnt know much about the product. This is also a downgrade from their gen 1 mouse pad which a bluetooth dongle, better materials for pad and it lit up. They completely ruined this second gen mouse pad. Its literal garbage and dont recommend getting it.

The first version of this was amazing, worked for over 2 years before it started having issues. Logitech really went cheap with this one.

Promise you... this will NOT work - Buyer Beware!

G Hub software with reinstall, nope. Cleaning contacts of the "coin" and ensuring installing is accurate, nope. Literally nothing makes this work "consistently". It'll show the white charging light on the base, but nothing in the G Hub app shows it is charging (and the fact that after an overnight of charging - it went DOWN in percentage when left like this.) It's not a software or firmware issue. This is a manufacturing flaw. Returning back to the store for a refund.
