I have owned many headsets in my time and i have had many troubles with them but since i bought This headset i had no troubles sound quality was awesome and also very comfortable.. Logitech finally made a A+ headset

I bought this Logitech Premium Notebook headset just 10 days ago and I love it. I like the way it feels on my ears rather than ontop of my head but it can get uncomfortable after extended use (4-5 hrs) or as least it did for me. I actually bought it more for the dual use of USB port and plug in capabilities than for comfort and style. It comes with a rather big bulky carrying case but its bendable enough I was able to put it in my laptop case for easy travel use. Volume setting are much better than my previous Logitech headset purchased 5 years ago.

This device was recommended to me by a co-worker. We use SKYPE a lot and it is very easy to use, light weight and comfortable. Good value.

I was extremely surprised to read that other review, i'm sorry that your experience has been so bad. I on the other hand bought this headset and have gotten nothing but success from it. I use it for listening to music, chatting with internet calling, and speech recognition. All three have been amazing with this. Maybe it was your ears or something, These earphones do not hurt for me unless i leave them on for 6 hours +. When this happens i take them off for about 10 minutes and the problem is rectified. Amazing Headset, I definitely recommend!

I bought this headset a little while ago, and at first I had second thoughts. But when I got it, I realized how great it was. It's comfortable, and works great. I read some reviews saying that it had died after a few months of use. Well, Ive had this for a little more than a few months, and mine is in excellent condition. If you take care of this product, trust me, it will last. It has a nice design, and is durable. I highly recommend this product.

I am extremely picky about everything, so when i bought these at the 40 dollar price, being the 3rd pair I had tried, i was more than pleased. they fit extremely comfortable, you can use them for the headphones alone, as they have great audio definition. and the transmit of the mic is top rate quality, crisp, clean, whole, essentially everything you would want. I play online games, and will turn the game off and not know I am wearing them for probably 45 min, lol. take it from the picky guy in the back of the class with 1+ years of use with this particular product, its definately worth it. The little box they give you is kind of a waste because i never use it but, it makes you feel like the headphones are extremely valueable. if you ever wanted to take them along with you, they clip in a sort of cut-out box which is nice. Oh yea, they mic, and headphone jack are seperate, and the usb attachment is really cool if for some reason you cannot use your jacks. you can choose which line to plug into it and it is the same quality as the jacks, just be sure to set audio setting accordingly. It has a great audio quality, which is great for voice work.

I've gone through 3 other head sets from another brand name, none of them worked well out of the box as these have. I used them to record audio on powerpoint presentations, conduct live web meetings, VOIP calls, connected to my land line phone, connected to my cell phone, and recently took them on a trip to ireland to use on the plane. No complaints at all. Sometimes I wonder if they are working because the quite parts of a conversation have absolutely no static at all. So, stop looking any more, just get them !

I received this headset as a Christmas gift last year. I really enjoyed it for quite some time. However, a few weeks ago the microphone started to die. Since then, the microphone piece has literally fallen apart. For a $40 headset, I did not expect its lifespan to be less than a year. I had hoped for better quality from Logitech.

Overall the product works fine, it was exactly what I had expected with no downside except the price.

I bought it in December and two months later I had to KRAZY Glue the so called Adjustable earpieces. I mainly purchased this expensive headset for its stylish look. Besides the fragile “Adjustable earpiece” I love the product, it does deliver high quality audio. Thinking in buying this, Two Words, Krazy Glue. Will need it.

I've purchased two of these. I wasn't impressed either time. The first pair I thought was just a fluke and exchanged it. Now the second pair is doing the same. - The microphone will fade out into usage ability(slowly becomes disfunctional). I can't even use the mic while gaming now, because for the people to hear me faintly, I have to press the mic to my mouth and yell....LOUDLY. As well as the earpieces start to become very loose on your ears and will no longer snug/adjust to your ears. Over all, I don't recommend this product, especially for the money. I'm giong to by a more traditional, sturdier headset from here. I was very disappointed with this product.

Had these for about a year or so and they produced good sound and held up pretty well. The mic just stopped working about a month ago. They seamed comfortable at first but after wearing they for extended durations (Playing WOW) they started giving me headaches. This seamed to be more pronounced the longer I owned them. I used them as a back up set but the mic has stopped working. Unfortunatly I have dogs that at times chew wires. Won't be purchasing them again.

I bought these for my notebook after reading all of the positive reviews. The headset had good sound quality but after one month of use the microphone died. I called Logitech and they could not pinpoint the problem so they sent me a replacement. However, I also bought a new set from another manufacturer as I didn't trust that the replacement would last long.

If you are looking for a headset that has great sound quality -- people on the other end can hear you clearly and you can hear them -- then this is NOT the headset for you. The headset looks nice, fits well, and the earpieces provide decent (not exceptional) sound from your computer. However, the microphone is next to worthless. I am a daily user of my headset -- not for telemarketing, but for web conferences with colleagues around the world. I was looking to switch to something light and comfortable, but it had to have the sound quality to allow my conversations to be effective. This headset did not pass the test. And if you are wondering, yes - I did check all possible connections, OS and other software settings, etc. Its not the computer or the software - it is this headset.

These headphones were just OK for about a week. The headset is uncomfortable to wear for more than five minutes, and after a week it just stopped working. This has got to be the worst headset I have ever encountered. Not only is it expensive, but its uncomfortable and it doesn't even work!
