    Worked great! I didn't like that if you would drop the case by accident it will not protect your Ipad because it is not a protective case and you have to charge it. Another item to have to charge is a pain so I returned it. I thought it would connect directly and also you have to sync it to bluetooth.

    I purchased this case a year ago- and all elements if it were great, except suddenly keys stopped functioning which is disappointing. I am a teacher and with all the typing I do- I was hoping this product would go the distance.

    Good typing experience, but this product is not as well built as it’s predecessors in my opinion. It’s a very “loose” keyboard case and the pencil is not secured well under the flap. The older models of Logitech / create folios were much better.

    I’ve had this thing just under a year overall but a few months ago I noticed some keys weren’t working on the left side. It’s not all the time, and not always the same keys - but it’s enough that I can’t really type in any type of smooth way, I have to do the finger punches or use the screen. Someone else posted the same problem and how they had a worn off serial number and were unable to get support from Logitech. Well, guess what? Same. On the upside, I’ve had to charge the keyboard ONCE since I bought it.

    Waited a long time for this to be released for purchase for iPad pro11. Less than 2 years later, and it loses its connection to the iPad often. I make sure it’s charged- but seems to lose power quickly.
