Customers are saying
Customers praise the Slim Folio Pro Keyboard Case for its high-quality keyboard, excellent protection for the iPad, and good battery life. They also appreciate its ease of use and the convenient storage for the Apple Pencil, finding it to be a good value for the price. However, some find the case adds noticeable weight and bulk to the iPad. The case's added protection and functionality are generally seen as outweighing these drawbacks.

Great while it lasts
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was great but didn’t last long. Sadly light use but broke. Bottom connection broke split open. I was very careful with it. Sad it’s broken. Wish it had back light keys.

Overall great product, but not enough protection
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really liked the functionality of this keyboard case. When using it in “laptop mode” it was easy to use. But when using FaceTime or holding the iPad upright, it was very odd to hold.

The Best Alternative Keyboard/Case
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a fan of Logitech keyboards for iPad for a few years now. In my opinion, nobody does better. This new model is no exception and adds a lot to the previous one I had for my older iPad. It does protect my iPad Pro very well but here is what I really like the most about it: 1. Three levels of backlighting, meaning that you don’t have to struggle at night to find the keys and you can choose a brighter or dimmer mode. I must admit that I use my iPad mostly at night and often when the lights are off. This is perfect. 2. Strong magnet to keep the case closed when needed. 3. Does not add much weight although it is not very light. 4. Quick pairing. In other words, it is always ready to use and no need to turn off. 5. No special connector to charge. It uses USB-C just like the iPad Pro, keeping you from carrying multiple chargers and cables. 6. Useful shortcuts and control of volume and media. 7. Battery charge lasts for 3 months. I didn’t test that long enough to confirm but I trust Logitech since my previous keyboard lasted months on a charge. 8. Excellent design. These are the “features” I was not too happy about: 1. A bit heavy. Not a deal breaker but you should keep that in mind as it might get somewhat uncomfortable at those times you’re not using the iPad as a laptop replacement. 2. Makes the iPad look and feel thicker than my Lenovo thin laptop. Design is great and adds value, which is not something you can say about most other keyboards/cases out there. I just wish it was a bit thinner and lighter but overall, I really love and would recommend it to anyone who needs a keyboard and case. You can’t go wrong with it.

It’ll do.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would have given higher but it’s not for the new style iPad. Nor does it say it’s only for the previous version. Camera view doesn’t line up.

Secure keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was not easy to connect it to the iPad. The trick is to write the password that the iPad gives you (without seeing what you write) and press enter.

IPad Keyboard, Done Right
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For me, the most important aspect of an iPad case is its ability to protect your investment from damage incurred from drops. This keyboard is solidly built, and I feel fairly confident it can withstand a drop from four feet, or so. I’ve owned several keyboard cases for my iPads in the past, but this one is the best I’ve ever owned. If you own, or have used a MacBook, you’ll love the familiarity of the layout of this keyboard, as it mimics the standard Apple keyboard. As much as I love my 11” iPad, it frustrates me that they’ve removed the Home button. It was oh, so convenient to press the home button to close the current app, and again to return to the main screen (In my opinion, Apple dropped the ball by eliminating the Home key). Thankfully, this keyboard has a home key placed in a convenient location at the top left corner of the keyboard. This keyboard seriously converts my iPad into a computer. So much so, that I’ve found myself moving my finger around, looking for the touchpad because it felt like I was using my laptop. I have very large hands, but I’ve found this keyboard easy to type on. The tactile keys are better than a lot of laptops I’ve used. The securing flap has a pocket that provides a home for your Apple Pencil, should you happen to own one; and it keeps the Pencil charged while being stored. I just use the pouch for my inexpensive dollar store stylus. If you have the slightest desire to purchase a keyboard for your iPad Pro, I strongly recommend that this is the one to get. Albeit there are less expensive options, I’ve never seen one this this many options, durability and functionality. Pros: - Durable - Great tactile keys - Home key - Mimics the MacBook keyboard. - Long battery life (advertises 3 months) Cons: - No multi-position angles for the iPad - No portrait position

An Apple Alternative
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been considering a keyboard for my iPad Pro 11" for the last few months. Logitech products are plentiful in my home so the Slim Folio Pro seemed like a no-brainer. Here are my thoughts: Pros: -Tactile keyboard with good typing feel -Backlit keys -Offers good protection of iPad -Magnets are strong and hold iPad in place when kicked out Cons: -Rather small keys -Adds a lot of weight and thickness to the iPad -Chunky design makes it thicker than my actual laptop -Only connects via Bluetooth -No protection against spills I suppose the most important take away is that it is generally great to type on once you are used to the slightly smaller keys. The backlighting is also a nice plus. Overall, it is a nice keyboard in a bulky frame. It is hard for me to recommend over the Apple model and I would also be tempted to wait for the upcoming Brydge version. Only real advantage the Logitech Slim Folio Pro offers at this point is on price. So if you are price sensitive, but need a keyboard and are not concerned about the additional heft then go for it.

Key
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It start off great but the key number 5 stop working and now the space key. Reconnect the keyboard still doing the same thing. It very heavy to be a slim folio. If you want slim I would stick with the apple keyboard.

do not waste your money
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did not like this at all. I could not get it to link up with my Ipad and for the money, it should come with a charger which it doesn't. Also it is very heavy and makes your Ipad havey as well.
