Bought the bridge keyboard but was hard on ipad, craked screen protector. switched to logi and much better. more protective. used for like a year. recently changed to new apple keybord with trackpad and love it. too expensive though. the logi is much better price and much more protective. hopefully they will come out with a keyboard with trackpad for 12.9 ipad pro eventually.

The case and keyboard is everything you could want in one. The case feels protective enough that I wouldn’t be concerned if it fell and the keyboard is solid and spaced nicely. It feels as if I’m typing on a standard computer keyboard.
The only con is that it feels like it adds 5lbs to the tablet. The iPad pro is already super light but by using this case, it turns the tablet more into a thick laptop which may be what some people want.

It is much better than old generation. It has real keyboard feel. and the case can cover the front and back. The old generation case can not hold the IPad well since the previous generation using the plastics to hold the IPad and this new generation are using rubble at the edges to hold the IPad more firmly than the previous generation. Only issue is the case is too heavy.

Having previously used the Apple Smart Keyboard, I wanted to look at other options. We use an iPad Pro for our POS system and while there is nothing technically wrong with Apple’s Smart Keyboard, we do spin the iPad around many times daily and this sometimes causes the iPad to pop free.
With this Logitech folio, it securely holds the iPad creating one solid unit reducing the chance of accidental damage from the iPad popping free. The keypad works flawlessly and feels much better when typing. It uses the same charging cord as the new iPad Pro and the battery lasts super long. I don’t even think it has run down on me yet. I do plug in the charger about 1 time per week just to make sure it stays charged but I have yet to get a low battery indicator and we use this unit several hours per day, every day of the week. And I love the home button on the keypad that works perfect for bringing up background apps since the new iPad Pro no longer has the home button.
Definitely a top notch product.

I looked at this keyboard, the apple folio, and the brydge. I wanted something that would protect the ipad and allow me to read magazines and such in portrait mode, along with the obvious typing requirement. The brydge does not have 360 degree hinge so it's cumbersome to use the ipad in portrait mode, plus it offers no corner protection, and there's some concern that the hinges may have caused stress cracks on the glass. The apple option, while by far the lightest, offers no drop protection for the ipad. While I don't plan on dropping it, things happen. I went back and forth about the Logitech and finally ordered one for pickup. Glad I did. It checks all the boxes for me. Some people wrote about how thick it makes the ipad, I didn't find it an issue because it had a good feel to it. In fact, a lot of the thickness is due to the corner protection and spacing the keyboard from the screen. So it's all justified. The typing experience is great and smooth. Also, it stays steady when used on my lap when sitting in a recliner. It's easy to work when opening and closing, plus there's a couple options for portrait mode (ipad over keyboard or wrap keyboard behind the ipad) that work good. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend. Hoping for a long future with this one.

I have only had this for a short time but, I like it. I like the backlit keys. I like that when I close it, there isn’t anything pressing against my iPad screen. It is heavier than I expected but I feel like my IPad is secure. I don’t have an Apple Pencil yet but there is a secure spot to hold it while it is charging. Excellent product thus far.

If you need a quality keyboard for your iPad Pro that also offers good protection for the device this is it. Excellent typing experience, and the backlit keyboard is a must. The case/keyboard do add bulk and weight, so consider that in your buying decision. This is a quality product.

I like this keyboard cover. It covers the corners unlike the apple one. It’s easy to set up and the battery lasts forever. I had it a little less than a year and one button fell off so reliability isn’t the greatest. I do recommend getting the protection plan just I case it stopped working.

I chose this over the Apple Keyboard, and it's perfect! Actually a better purchase in my opinion, because it's a bigger keyboard, lights up, cheaper in cost but not quaity, and easier to use. A lil' heavier than the Apple keyboard, but I'm lovin' it.

I love the Logitech keyboard case! I had the original version but had issues with the plastic tabs breaking. This version for the iPad Pro 2018 model is fantastic! Very nice keyboard and I like the lights on the keys so I can type in the dark. The only issue I have is that the volume controls are above numbers 9 and 0 rather than all the way to the right which is easier to find but that is a very minor complaint. Overall, I feel this case will protect the iPad, it looks great, feels great and the keyboard itself is really nice to type on and I tried a few before settling on this particular one. Also, the magnet holding it in is very strong so no problems with stability. It’s rock solid. The last plus is that even though it’s Bluetooth, the characters appear immediately with no discernible latency. Other Bluetooth keyboards were a problem. Get it!!

Purchased for my daughter. After a few weeks asked her how she liked it. Bulky and heavy is how her description started. Liked the keyboard feature. Wished 5hat it could fold to a tablet. Overall it was good for her. We purchased because of the type of protection it gave for the Ipad.

Best overall keyboard for iPad Pro

After trying a few different keyboards for the iPad Pro (Apple, Zagg, separate bluetooth keyboard from Logitech), this Slim Folio was the best option for me. The keyboard itself is probably the best out of the group (spacing, key travel, overall typing comfort), and the Pencil holder integrated into the magnetic closure is great. It does not have a large selection of viewing options, but that is not something I required. It also does not allow the iPad to be separated from the keyboard and taken separately (as the Zagg cover does). This is a thicker case, which does add a bit of weight to the iPad, but that was not a deal-breaker for me. All that being said, this is a great option, for laptop-like functionality with your iPad Pro, at a price that falls below the Apple keyboard.

This keyboard is a much better buy than the apple folio keyboard. It is a much more pleasant experience to type on, the battery lasts 3 months on a single charge, and it was $70 cheaper. Highly recommend.

This is the best Keyboard I have ever used next to a desk top one. I love how comfortable it is. The keys are super responsive with the right amount of play to them. Not to deep and not so shallow you are typing on the table. I bought a $40 dollar one also on Amazon but noticed the keyboard felt to tight or smushed together for comfortable typing. This key board is spacious and comfortable. It does not have a track pad but I actually like that about this keyboard as I do not use them anyway. I was going to return it because of the price but it is worth every penny and I will deal with the weight because I can type comfortably on it. I definitely recommend this product and did to my best friend!

If you need a case / keyboard combination for an iPad Pro consider the Logitech - Slim Folio Pro Keyboard Case for Apple iPad Pro 12.9" (3rd Generation 2018). It's not too heave. Provides the right amount of protection, perfect spacing between the keys and the right about of feedback on the keys when typing. The Logictech keyboard will provide plenty of power after fully charging. You don't need extra cables or wires to charge there bluetooth keyboard. Just use the power supply and charging cable for your iPad Pro to charge the Logitech - Slim Folio Pro Keyboard Case. Best keyboard / case combo for the money!!

This case not only clips on to the edges to add protection but when you close the lid it protects the screen and puts the iPad into sleep mode. The keyboard is perfect for typing papers and places the iPad screen into an angled position for easy viewing.
Luckly I owned one on an older iPad and knew the quality and when I purchased the new iPad, Apple wanted to sell me their keyboard which did not protect the corners and was 199. This was cheaper and in my opinion better.

This 'folio' keyboard is well made and works nicely with my new 12" iPad Pro, but where the disappointment comes in is when I compare it to my previous LogiTech Keyboard for my previous model of the 12" iPad... the new one offers no easy/quick way to convert the iPad from 'stand-up' keyboard mode, back to just a flat iPad. When you unmount the iPad from the magnetic strip and want to use the iPad as a flat surface you're left with a bulky keyboard flap on the underside that doesn't remain closed like the previous model. Very Poor Design in my opinion!!! Basically, just be prepared that once you install this LogiTech Keyboard Folio to your iPad you are basically converting it to a mini iOS laptop and no longer gives you the freedom of a flat surface iPad without being bulky and clumsy.... not to mention quite heavy. ~ This is coming from someone who has used LogiTech products for a number of years and has always been quite satisfied with their ingenuity. ~ One final note... the ONLY reason I didn't go with the Apple Keyboard is because it has no backlight for the keyboard! Apple seriously needs to add this feature to their iPad Keyboard Folios!

I was starting to love this keyboard until I saw apple’s new magic keyboard. Then I saw the magic keyboard’s price and quickly loved my Logitech lol. Yeah it doesn’t have a trackpad but you know what, the keyboard shortcuts row totally makes up for the inconvenience. I love the adjustable backlit keyboard and it’s super long battery life. If you want to save money get this keyboard, otherwise pay the apple tax and pay 100% more for the magic one.

Apple could learn some things from the design factor for this keyboard. A much better form factor for the iPad Pro, than Apple's own model. Keys are nice to type on and backlit. Horizontal and Vertical views are both equally usable. I have a BrydgeTech for my 10.5 Pro, Its a great keyboard but adds weight. Logitech is lightweight but has a solid build. There is also a sleeve to hold your Apple Pencil in place in transit, without attaching to the iPad; or worry about misplacing it.
