I got this because it was half off with purchase of an iPad, looked up the model on amazon... not nearly as good of a deal. So I grabbed it. It’s great having a small keyboard with a 9.7, has some great shortcuts, battery never seems to die

This takes a simple iPad and turns it into a wonderful traveling laptop computer. Having the exterior finger-friendly keyboard makes emailing, etc. much easier than using the on-screen keyboard with a single flying finger. It has ports for pic taking, etc. The long life battery doesn't require charging. Perfect for the traveling senior. The jacket is much better than the protective jacket the Apple offers. Yes it's thicker, but it will probably take a drop better. I would rate it perfect if it didn't require a computer savvy kid to help me with the hook up. Bless those millennials.

Bought this to go with a new iPad as part of the bundle at a significant savings. No worries, Logitech has produced another excellent product. Keypad works perfectly and case provides protection for both front and back of the iPad.

This is aweome! Makes the new iPad I bought into a smaller portable computer! Great for my mother who has bad arthritis! It's much easier for her to type and respond to e-mails. And it's great for Facetiming with her grand-daughters!

Very simple to set up! It is a very nice keyboard and a nice protective cover too. It does add a bit of bulk to the iPad overall, so if you use the iPad for facetime while walking around the house it can be quite cumbersome, but otherwise it seems protective as well as providing a good keyboard. Bought with an iPad so it was a lot cheaper than the list price, so that factors in when giving this 5 stars. I would have to think about it a little more if it cost more. (A separate Bluetooth keyboard could be a cheaper option for instance).

The case is simple. It protects minimally. But when you actually use the iPad, it shines. The case magnetically snaps into place and the keyboard turns on automatically. This places the screen at a really nice angle. The iPad has a great touch screen interface, but typing is painfully slow without this device. The keyboard speeds up how fast you can type out an email or enter something in an online form. It just makes using the iPad easier when it comes to any data input.

I really like the size of the keyboard, the ease of connection & the protection it offers. Set up directions were a bit vague, but otherwise good deal by getting it half off when purchasing my iPad with it.

I got this iPad for high school. The iPad is so versatile that I don’t even use my MacBook anymore. Speed - This iPad is so fast even with tons of apps open and all the files I’ve dropped in it. Slender - it’s so thin that it fits anywhere which I love. I’m able to toss it in my purse and go. It’s also so light. I used to carry my mackbook pro everywhere and it was so heavy. This is a huge reason I switched. Sound - this iPad is much louder than my old one. However, I wish the iPad had a sound switch similar to the iPhone. It would be great if it vibrated instead of blaring ringtones for the days I’m in a class. I’d like to know I received some notification without the sound sometimes. Accessories - I have not purchased the stylus YET, but I can’t wait. I have purchased the keyboard. The iPad quickly goes from a tablet to a laptop. This is convenient for the days I just need a note pad and I can easily readjust to just a tablet or the days I need to type long winded documents. Apps - I’ve got every Microsoft office app. I can easily draft and work on anything straight from my Ipad. Plus most of these documents go into my file folder on the iPad. Another thing I love is one note where I can have so many notes that are quickly organized. Photos - the photo quality is superb! It’s clear and bright. This also goes to resolution. The screen is amazing and extremely vivid. I am absolutely happy that I finally got the iPad. It’s a great investment for school!!!

Best case ever. It’s not bulky yet still protects my IPad and the keyboard is awesome. I’m in Sales so I’m always on the road and this case makes it easy to travel with.

When I purchased the standard iPad (128GB, wireless only), this item came up as an 'add-on' purchase at a considerable discount (50%!). When I purchased it, I was mainly thinking about iPad protection, as the description and pictures showed a heavy plastic case that would protect. I thought the keyboard might come in handy. It does protection very well (two kids, 12 & 6, and two older iPads, both less protected with cracked screens). Now that I've used it, the iPad has genuinely replaced my wife's Dell 2-in-1 i5 laptop. She mainly used the Dell for typing word documents and web research. With Apple's iCloud for pages, and the fact Pages is now included with every new iPad, this keyboard makes using the iPad as a laptop a cinch. Command-Tab works, command-spacebar-- nearly everything you'd expect from a little Mac Jr. laptop. This add-on was definitely the best surprise. I would highly recommend it. I don't know if I'd give it five stars at $100, but at $50, a definite yes! If you get it-- use the keyboard, and it will change the way you use your iPad as well-- for the better! Five Stars at $50!

This is just what I needed. Battery life is great. 4years. The keys are spaced just fine, light and protects iPad. This is what you have been looking for.

This keyboard is easy to use with our iPad. The keys have a nice “feel” for typing. Have had this for two months and still using the same battery.

It’s hard to write a lengthy review about a keyboard. Really, this just works for me. It’s a small keyboard because it is meant to only be as wide as the iPad, but I don’t feel too cramped when typing. You open the case and put this in keyboard mode by connecting to a magnetic area, and it stays up nicely and stays connected as you type. As a matter of fact, I’m typing on it now. I can type pretty quickly on this things. Oh, and it’s powered by replaceable button cell batteries, and they are rated to last quite a while. They may last as long as my iPad does, but we will see about that. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it is a little bit awkward as a case. I don’t think it’s particularly bulky, but it will be a bit bulkier than a case with no keyboard. It’s just a little awkward how the keyboard folds behind it when you don’t want to use it, and it doesn’t really snap into place that way. You’ll have to hold it so that the keyboard doesn’t kind of slide when you are using it that way. Still, I’m enjoying this a lot and would definitely recommend it.

Was weirded out because u don’t charge the case . Box states it could last for years. But keys feel and react like a real keyboard

The keyboard is very easy to use. It’s not flimsy like others I’ve seen. Protects my IPad very well. I highly recommend it.

This is a great and necessary compliment to the Apple iPad. I have no issues with this product as delivered and described. On a side note, I would love to see the following features be integrated in the future: Full Size Keyboard with Numeric Section (Either as an attachment to buy as an accessory or simply a separate model. Trackpad - This would make the iPad an absolute game changer in my opinion. (But hey, everyone has their own opinion and is entitled to have one) :)

Love the case, you can turn it on and off when you don't want to use it. The ipad clicks right in place to make a stand.

I bought the keyboard for my daughter’s iPad. It is very easy to type on and is also a great case to protect the iPad.

Keyboard and case are well designed; it protects the iPad well without adding a lot of bulk and folds out of the way when using the device as a tablet. Full QWERTY keyboard is comfortable to use, and is faster and more convenient than the on-screen peckboard. Definitely makes the iPad more useful. Setup was easy.
