I had to google more specific instructions on how to sync my keyboard case to my iPad but once I found better instructions it was simple. The instructions in the box were just pictures and I found them very confusing.

One of my TVs is not smart, so I have it hooked to a laptop. This cordless keyboard lets me, at a distance, type Youtube titles, or Netflix titles, etc. A cheap solution for comfortable use.

I loved this cover at first. It is very lightweight, but within a few days one of the keys popped off and I was not able to put it back on. The key function still works, but it's pretty annoying,

As someone who uses my iPad on trips to capture events via a journal, having this bluetooth keyboard cover is fantastic. A bit confusing to connect the bluetooth initially, but once I got over that hurdle it has been terrific.

The collapsible keyboard which folds into the iPad is very convenient. Of course it has its drawbacks because the keyboard is so small it’s difficult to position your fingers. Overall I would give a 4 star for convenience of the product.

This folding keyboard plus the iPad are great for traveling! For those who may need to monitor the office during trips, this is much easier for typing and emailing stuff compared to using a mobile phone.

the only thing i couldn't pair right away follow the instructions as shown but i have to call customer service for help after i put the code indicated it didn't say at any moment press enter something simple but i couldn't figure it out

We tried multiple times trying to pair the keyboard with our iPad but no success. It kept on asking for a pin but there was none showing.

Bought this as a gift to go with IPad purchased for my son when he got a new job. He loved it . Meshed with the company software he had to use for his new job. Gift was a hit all the way around. He loves it

This keyboard case works really well. It;s a clean slim design and connects to the ipad easily. I did have a key fall off recently and will be seeing if I can get it repaired. Overall, I like the product.

Bought it as iPad cover for newest education type iPad for spouse. She likes it very much. It's better than the simple cover she had on older iPad. Can use full screen while typing, texting etc.

This case is fantastic, the keys have great travel. The only thing I would have preferred would have been to charge the case via a cable instead of changing out the battery when it dies but other than that no complaints

This case fits right and is smooth to the touch. It easily connects via blue tooth and functions perfectly. I love the shut down feature when the case closes. I would recommend this product.

Very happy with my new key board. Good design and looks sleek attached to my IPad. Key layout is designed well. Key pad cover protects my IPad from damage, also love the Bluetooth technology.

The Logitech - Slim Keyboard Folio Case for the iPad (5th Generation) is smart looking and works well with the iPad. The ONLY drawback to this device and while it advertises a 4 year life, is not rechargeable.

I had to go on You tube to learn how to use the keyboard. The price was a bit high after I shopped around. I still have to go on you tube to learn how to turn the thing on .

I HAVE ENJOYED USING THIS KEYBOARD. I HAD TROUBLE HOOKING IT ELECTRONICALLY TO THE IPAD BUT THE BEST BUY FOLKS DID IT FOR ME IN ABOUT THREE MINUTES. THATS WHY I BUY FROM BEST BUY.

This product works great with my IPad. Feels a little small at times for someone with big fingers, but then I remember it’s just an IPad and not a full size computer.

I absolutely LOVE my iPad. My smartphone is now just a phone, and the iPad is everything else. Didn’t think I wanted or needed one....now I wonder what I did without it.
