Purchased this keyboard case for my iPad works very well.

This is random, but this is something I kinda needed.

It works as expected when I use it for note taking on OneNote. I still find the way to charge it bizarre and poor design. Otherwise it works well for note taking and drawing apps. I wish it had an eraser on it like the surface pens. Can’t have it all

After just 5 months two keys have broken off! Also, this is not rechargeable! Requires 2 new Cr2032 every couple months. Seems crazy that an expensive keyboard case like this is so poorly designed.

This folio with keyboard was purchased 11 months&2nd weeks ago. Purchased at the same time as iPad. At week 6, a key fell off - internal mechanism and everything. At 10 months, it started intermittently losing connection to the iPad. Now it won’t connect at all. I didn’t mind that the life of these was only 3-4 years - but less than a year! If I could minus rate this I would. Now saving for a more reliable keyboard folio.

Keys fall off- I'm on my second keyboard, and the same issues. Not made for everyday use. Maybe would be better for a minimal usage person.

Purchased this to use along with my iPad. The keyboard worked as it should but the case left much to be desired. The case is very heavy and makes the iPad heavy. The case is only good for typing but doesn’t offer much protection.

Design is nice and slim. The Bluetooth sync function to link keyboard & iPad was a bit of a struggle. Also the batteries for the keyboard ran out of power quickly. Could be a bit more user friendly.

The good - The keyboard connects seemlessly to the IPad. The bad - I have 3 reservations; 1) I was told there was a charging cord in the box. No charging cord found. 2) Why no charging cord? - there is a non rechargeable battery supplying the keyboard. Had I known, and didn’t need it for a business trip, I would have ordered something different on the internet that was rechargeable. 3) the keyboard does not light up. When the batteries die - this thing dies, hence my disappointment. Of course - it will die when I need it most, at a meeting, or away on travel.

Returned unit due to fact it did not sinc with Ipad . Some functions worked and some didn't . Geek scwad confirmed that it is a problem with this unit. Not 100 percent satisified '

Easy to use Bluetooth, no issues until recently. Have had keys begin to fall off of keyboard, have had over a year now

This product is working great however, I have purchased the identical product for other users that has not lasted very long although Best Buy did replace at no charge.

First—the case did not fit the 5th generation iPad as promised. Second—the only way to use the keyboard was in a horizontal position. When I checked my email and needed to reply using the keyboard, the left half of the screen was covered by my inbox list, leaving only a small portion of the email. Third—to use the keyboard Bluetooth must be turned on....completely drains the battery. I returned this case.

I find I can type better without the keyboard most times. It seems a little slow/unresponsive sometimes. It is good to have though for this who like keyboarding better.

Its a great keyboard for your ipad however it will scratch your screen. Would have given it a 4 stars if it wasn’t for that

The header says it all. There are better cases out there. Higher end? Otter Box. I am also a fan of UAG cases. But to each their own.

Very good quality for a few months but then some keys fall apart could use some improvement on the quality of the plastics

At first it was great and the magnet was strong. Now that it’s a year later the magnet has become weaker the screen will slide and lay flat at times.

This worked great for awhile. After almost a year the keyboard became very janky. It works sometimes. Great idea bad execution.
