The keyboard works very well with my iPad mini and the battery last a long time (almost 1 month) before needing to be recharged. I am giving 3 stars due to a flaw in the design of this product and the fact that costumer service did not honor the product warranty (they claimed I was responsible for the defect). As you can see in the attached picture, the left tab that holds the iPad to the keyboard has broken. It is made of plastic and got a crack with few weeks of use and eventually broke due to the stress that is placed in the tab as the keyboard is opened and closed. Due to the fact that the power button is located on that side of the iPad mini and the keyboard need to have an opening in the tab to allow turning the iPad on and off, it is obvious that is just a matter of time until it breaks. I have improvised a metal anchor to hold the iPad mini in place so I can continue to use the keyboard.

I bought the keyboard to take notes in class, I have a MacBook Pro but we have to take our school provided laptop. So it's small and convienent so I can take both. I also really like the magnetic standing feature makes it easy for the kids to menouver as well

The Logitech keyboard it is really useful. I like it because it 's like turning your mini iPad into a mini computer. You can position your iPad to stand up or you can fold it back in a tablet form.

I needed a case for my iPad Mini. I wanted something that would give it some protection, allow me to stand it up, and type. This case meets all of these needs. It doesn't swivel so you can't type in the portrait position, but you can fold it so it can be held in this way if needed. It hooked right up to my iPad's bluetooth. The keyboard is small, but so is the iPad. Luckily I have small hands. You can turn the keyboard off if you don't want to use it, which saves on the battery power. It is rechargeable by plugging in with included cord, however you will need a USB adapter plug, it does not come with one. I use my phone charger adapter, pretty easy fix. All in all, a pretty nice little add on. :)

This keyboard is just awesome. I haven't tried out other keyboards to give my honest opinion about those, but I wouldn't buy any other brand. Logitech products are always on the pricey side, you get get what you pay for! The pros: battery life - I have used it constantly for 6 weeks and besides the full charge I gave it out of the box, I have charged it once last week. The expected usage time is 2 months at 2 hours a day. I feel that I got that easily. Quality - Being a gamer, I have been using Logitech products for years. There's not an electronics brand I trust more than them when I want something that lasts. There are many complaints about price, but based on their past performance for me, I can say this is worth investing into. It is very good at protecting the iPad from falls and rough use (we have a 15 month old that tests the durability of everything). Keys - People will tell you that this keyboard is simply too small to use, and that's true for some people, but my hands (fingers) are slightly longer than normal and I type perfectly with this keyboard. The biggest learning curve to get used to is where you put your hands on the home row. It's engrained in my mind that the CAPS LOCK should be on the far left then the letters start, well on this, for obvious space saving reasons, the CAPS LOCK is a function key on the A (where the far left starts). As long as I have my hands in the right spot, I hit the correct keys 95% of the time. It was amazing how fast I was able to adapt to the smaller keyboard. The arrow keys and command keys (copy, cut, paste) are the same as a normal keyboard and they're awesome. No longer do you have to tap and hold and get it just right to change one character! Cons: Home key placement - OK so I have praised this keyboard to the highest level, but one thing that I have yet to get used to is the location of the Home button. It is the very top left key right beside the "1". The number keys are terribly small. I'm not complaining because you have to make sacrifices somewhere and I think that's a good place to start, but I hit the home button instead of the 1 at least 5-10 times a day. That takes minimizes the program and you have to go back in. It doesn't make you lose your work, it's just incredibly annoying. I think possibly moving it as a function key on the 1 would be very acceptable, but that's just my opinion. I think Logitech has done great things with this keyboard and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend it to anybody in need on an iPad mini keyboard. TL;DR - good battery, high quality, great protection, intuitive keys. Bad home button placement. Great purchase.

This iPad keyboard folio case fits snugly around the device, and its manufactured very well so that it really protects my iPad from nicks, spills and falls, and gives a nice easy weight to it. It's very easy to set up, and has a lot of option/function keys, and the bluetooth connection is easily turned on and off to save battery life, which is already nice and lengthy. ONLY potential negative is that at the fold, if I'm watching vids or listening to audios, it's design can make it difficult for my finger-touch to reach the little arrows on the screen. It's a teeny bit annoying, but easily remedied by turning the iPad viewing angle, or using the keyboard. I had gotten another brand prior to getting this one, and it didn't open wide enough for me to see the screen when I was working standing at a table or counter-top. This one opens more widely and holds tight at a wider selection of angles.

The Logitech keyboard/cover provides a *real* keyboard for your iPad Mini as well as protects it from falls. The Bluetooth pairing was easy and the keyboard, though small, leaves the whole screen for display when typing. The soft cover stays attached when open, so the protection is continuous.

The keyboard works very well and is fairly easy to use. The iPad Mini is well protected and has a sleek look. Bluetooth connection makes it quick to turn the keyboard on and use right away. Can turn the keyboard off and wrap it around the back of the iPad mini when not needed.

This product is slim and packs easily without adding too much bulk to the iPad. Love having the ability to use a keyboard that acts secondarily as a stand for the iPad. The keyboard is bluetooth compatible with the iPad and the battery life is great!

I have looked at tons of these things for months. Just could not make a decision. Either they were pricey or I did not like the feel and fit. This one was the winner. All though it does not provide protection on all sides, my iPad mini fits in it nice and snug. It also has a pretty good gap on all sides. The reason I like that is because if I do drop it, the actually iPad will not be damaged. The keyboard is great for its size. I have been using it for a solid week and have had no issues typing on it. The rubber texture of the outside of the case is nice. I do not feel it will slip out of my hands at all. The only bad thing I can think of about the case is that it does not protect on all sides. Other than that, for the price, I recommend it for sure!

The keyboard is easy to use. It connects readily to Bluetooth. It is lightweight. The color purple is beautiful.. It is easy to keep clean. It does not need to be recharged often. The price was acceptable.

I love this little keyboard. It hardly takes up any space, and is really easy to use. It holds a charge for a long time too.

I consider this one of my best Best Buy purchase because it fits my iPad mini perfectly and allows me to type with the Word app that is now free for iPads and iPhones. I typed most of my very first novel on this keyboard from my iPad Mini and I still use it whenever inspiration strikes and I don't have my Macbook on me. It also provides a nice stand if you're watching movies or show on your iPad. The battery also lasts a very long time. The keys take some getting used to but I like it a lot.

When I went in to Best Buy to see IF they had a keyboard for my iPad Mini, my intentions were to look. I walked out of the store with the Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio in hand. I like the feel of keys when I type. This folio has protection all the way around, like a book, has a strong magnetic hold when the iPad is propped up, folds down flat when in book-mode, puts the iPad to sleep when the folio is closed, and is under $80.00. What more could you ask for?!

This product makes my I pad Mini even better if thats possible! The keyboard is a very comfortable size. It never drags or lags and it has a very long battery life. I like that you can turn it on and off as you need it to be a keyboard or just a very versatile cover. Its durable and easy to clean and also a type of material that slides easily in and out of a bag or purse, but at the same time its not at all slippery in the hand! Exceptional!

I really enjoy this very sleek, light and finger perfect keyboard. I highly recommend anyone with a minIpad to go and buy one you will not be disappointed! The bluetooth connection to your miniipad is unfailing and the battery charge last, it seems like, forever! The only small knock would be that I wish the keys could illuminate or the letters be brighter under the screen light because the keyboard becomes a little hard to see under low light.

Very convenient for an iPad Mini. It sticks to the magnets, the keyboard works well(ultrathin), i couldn't have found a better case. The price is worth it. Logitech ultrathin keyboard/case is the best one yet. It is a little pricey but its worth the cost. Recommended for anyone looking for an iPad Mini, iPad Mini 2, iPad Mini 3 case.

It is a compact keyboard, so you already know that it isn't going to rock your world. This keyboard connects very easily to the iPad Mini, and seems to protect the device well. If you need to write long messages, emails, papers, etc., then this is the perfect keyboard.

The Logitech keyboard is durable (excellent protection), easy to use (after you get use to the smaller keys; #s & symbols are half the size of a normal key), and I love that my IPad mini shuts off automatically when I close the cover. If you have really big hands and fingers, the keyboard may be too difficult to use but it's quite fine for smaller to medium hands and fingers.
